I grew up in the thick of them (I delivered papers to Waddle at one point!) and I totally echo this. Their supporters are generally loudmouth bellends with one or two very rare exceptions. Also, they had zero idea about football beyond Spurs. I can usually guarantee that if I'm introduced to a Spurs fan I wont like them - and I like most people!

Interesting how few pundits/commentators are liked. I think football fans are a very difficult bunch to please en masse. I guess the commentators/pundits have a lot of fans' dream jobs. Even so, you can tell they're not hired on their skills or knowledge. How, for example, Crooks or Shearer ever got jobs in the media is just staggering and pretty unfair to other people in the industry IMO. Shearer's crap at it, don't get me wrong, but there's far worse than him. Agreed. Garth Crooks is shocking.

Yeah, colo as solid as usual. Cisse looking good too but vukcic has been pretty anonymous. I really want him to be class but I'm not seeing it yet.

I was gutted to see him leave but that was more to do with the fact that he was a local lad and our only decent striker at the time, who also happened to be in good form. We've got a couple of great strikers now and yes, we do need another but I really dont know what to think of this one. Heart says yes but head says no....

The guy has just lost a bit of confidence, he's not become sh*te. Football is such a confidence game - he's not taking the chances he did earlier on in the season because he's thinking about it too much and trying too hard. To suggest he's lost it and we should get rid is frankly mental.
