It's more near-constant frustration than any kind of getting on his back. Of course he'd get cheered if he did something good but the way he loses the ball will only ever lead to groans and a "here we go again" attitude. I'd be beaming with pride if he was to score at SJP in the league just like everyone else would be.

He'd make mistakes in behind closed doors matches. He's just not a good player. If he's scared of being judged or can't take his justified criticism then he's in the wrong business.

Blaming the fans for his lack of talent is boring now. If he knows he has lost the confidence of the crowd then it's up to him to win it back. Quite a few of our current squad have done it.

From what others have said is that a surprise? Hate the crowd getting on our own players back, most stupid/unproductive thing you can do imo. I'm talking about the very first time he got the ball. He had the opportunity to get everyone behind him when the atmosphere was so good. Aye. Someone as quick and tricky as him should have no problem getting the crowd on his side, especially as an impact sub in the last 10 mins.

He did "that thing" where he should just bomb on but gets confused and tackled. His 80 yard sprint back to help Simpson was heroic though.

The points you make mean nothing. He's not in the top ten highest scorers in Premier League histoy. He's not in England's top ten highest scorers list. He's not in Spurs' all time top 5 highest scorers list. He's a greedy f***ing thick little midget. You shouldn't really comment on "the point" if you completely miss it.
