His home gym videos always make me chuckle. Need @St1peto give him some form pointers
-
No wonder he always looks so tired and like he has hollow legs.

Agree on Howe not making too many changes. Looking at it the last starting XI, players out of form, suspensions, players returning etc. I’d make as many as 5 changes. Don’t forget Schar will probably be back in for Lascelles and all. Plus the most important change for me would be Targett coming in for Burn. Either from the off, or to get minutes later on. Depending on how the game is going.

Are Man U still in the title race?
-
He is the most unlikeable bloke in football. The perfect blend of being a top player. Whilst also a moaning, unbearable, cheating, rat faced cunt.
-
Yessir. Was that Carragher laughing on comms?
-
Right. But you’re not really watching the game if you think a forward is playing left back
-
Gakpo playing left back is he?
-
Casemiro looks like he’s playing in rigger boots today. If only he has a game like this against us.
-
Ah well. Liverpool may as well win 6-0 now. If Man U are going to lose. It will be fun to see them get battered.
-
That was comical. Sunday league stuff.
-
Yeah, don’t agree there. Not sure many Man U fans rate him. Froggy has mainly been slating him this season.

I feel like Nunez being signed the same season as Haaland. After City and Liverpool going toe to toe for 5 years. Was unfortunate for him. Always going to be compared. One hit the ground running. The other struggled, along with the team he’s playing for. He’s a better footballer than Haaland. But the Nordic Meat Shield is just a goal scoring freak. Playing in a more balanced team, who create plenty. It also doesn’t help when everyone incorrectly quotes what each player cost.

I do feel like it is being used as an excuse to a point. As we have dropped off this year in a few areas. Which is understandable, for a number of reasons. However, using xG isn’t ignoring the quality of chances, is it? So based on that, we should be scoring a lot more and we were scoring a lot more from similar quality chances, pre-WC.
-
Yeah. He has looked top class in most of his play since joining. Just lacking the finish.
-
I know they’ve been an elite team for a while and they all cost a fair few quid. But really like the fluidity to Liverpool’s front three. We are always quite rigid with who plays where and never tend to switch our wide men. If Isak started a few more games. Then with ASM/Gordon/Almiron. Then you’d like to think we would have a bit more movement and unpredictability.
-
Aye. Would usually want them to get battered and would always root for Liverpool in this derby. But it doesn’t help us. So fuck Liverpool, on this occasion. I hope they get stuffed and a couple of suspensions thrown in for good measure
-
Well deserved. No idea what other top keepers like Alisson and Ederson are on. But guessing a good bit more than that? If it is true De Gea is on £375k a week. Then Pope at £100k a week seems more than fair.
-
Just looked. He’s just over 13 months older than Longstaff? I think we should be aiming a lot higher than McTominay. But I didn’t think that age sounded right.
-
What about the mad run from late Jan-May last year? Have we not had more good runs of games and form under Howe than bad? It feels like our trajectory has been rising at an unsustainable rate. So it was always going to level off eventually. I think suggesting we’ll finish mid-table at this stage is a bit premature, personally. It’s not like we are playing badly every week and we now finally have a few options in the squad to change things up.
-
I remember reading it was basically improved terms, so not an extension. Maybe an option of another year?
-
Thought a wide forward type has been important for a while. But after spending £45m on Gordon. I can’t see that being a priority. If Wilson doesn’t regain some form. Then we might need to sign another forward, mind. Considering his injury record. We might need to be looking at signing another striker, anyway.
-
Nah. I think we are understandably getting a bit defensive. As any bit of relative success we now have is now just met with ‘money’ and ‘oil club.’ Of course every fanbase has an element of support that thinks there is a bit of a conspiracy against them. Or that they don’t get enough credit, are unfairly disliked etc. But living amongst a lot of Arsenal fans and having plenty on social media. They have gone into overdrive this season, for sure.
-
He wants fans to stay at home and not bother coming to the stadium if they don’t support the team. But also seems to be saying he left before 79 minutes at Arsenal and at around 80 minutes against Villa top fan. Howay Forest. Into these cunts today.
-
That’s fair. I think with Wood and Shelvey going and also signing Gordon. Then if a deal can be done that isn’t necessarily best for the team now. But viewed as a longer term positive. Then they will 100% do it for these reasons. I think you’re spot on with Gordon. Would have made far more sense to sign a CM for that money. But if nobody high enough up their list was available. Then they weren’t going to ‘waste’ it on someone and possibly miss out on other targets/Gordon in the summer because of it.
