  1. Why's his colour peeling off then? I'm dark and that certainly doesnt happen to me You never had your skin go a slightly different colour after taking a plaster off? I'm not dark, but it can go a white colour if it's been on for a bit. Certainly does after I've given blood. What a pointless f***ing debate this is. "Does mixed race footballer, wear fake tan" sounds like a mail headline, from their fashion pages. It's not a 'debate', it was a simple observation based off a couple of pics. Lighten up ffs It's a ridiculous comment and you might hurt Dwight's feeling. Apologise at once snowy. Oh wow, I see, you're still butthurt from years ago. Pardon?

Lighten up ffs What is you have against people with dark skin? Alli's missus had fairly dark skin, I think? She's not his type. RACIST!!!!
  3. Tell him to go easy on the plasters. It's peeling his fake tan off and our fans don't like it.

  5. Very good point to be fair. However, I'd like to see us use him in a way that we would if we were still in the prem, so that he can develop in such a role, which would be better for his and our future. I don't want him to play as a 10. I still think he best attributes are his long range passing and getting on the ball deep. I think we have better options to play 10, at present. But 2-3 of them might leave, TBF. Shelvey might yet, anyway!

  7. Certainly looks like the sort of top you'd get from JD
  8. Danny Guthrie and Kevin Nolan, were about as mobile for Neville Southall and Neil Ruddock. Yet we won the league easily, with that centre midfield pairing for a large chunk of the season. His lack of mobility and athleticism, won't be such a problem a league down. He'll get the time on the ball that he needs, as well. It's why the likes of Barton look brilliant in the Champ and then average as a centre mid, in the prem. It sounds cocky and arrogant, but I still think people are overestimating this league. Hull and Burnley have just bounced straight back and I'd argue we're sitting in a better position than they were this time last year.
  9. May well have been happy to get the cash plus Andros's wages off the books and invest that money on other players. We will probably end up stronger for this. I guess we've got Ritchie and Gayle for Townsend. We're stronger for that. As its stands, yeah. But I'm sure Sissoko will be off soon. It's nice that we are actually strengthening, before anyone leaves, though. More than confident that we will reinvest whatever we get from the sale of Sissoko plus the freed wages I would hope so. But didn't Gayle cost around £9m-£10m? Ritchie is going to cost £12m, allegedly. Plus we signed Sels for £4.5m. We've only recouped £13m so far. I haven't factored in wages, as we don't know the details. So there is a shortfall to be made up, there. I don't think we'll be reinvesting all the fees we get back. But who knows? I still think to some degree, it will be one in, one out, and we'll be getting like for like replacements. It's just we're being proactive for once and not waiting until they've gone and then panicking. The likes of Janmaat, Sissoko and Wijnaldum will probably be leaving as well and we'll get good money for them if that happens. Krul too, although not sure how much he'll fetch with only a year left on his contract. I don't think we'll be out of pocket. Exactly. I'm glad we're making moves already and signing quality players. But I don't think we'll be reinvesting too much of the money we recoup from player sales. Maybe 60%, something like that? Last time we went down, I'm sure we got rid of a load of the expensive, overpaid players. But we didn't really buy anyone of note or spend any money. It's good to see that is changing. Ashley must be desperate to get back on the premier league gravy train.

It's nice that we are actually strengthening, before anyone leaves, though. Plus, it's nice to sign players that actually want to be here. Yes they'll be getting a pay rise. But they're still dropping down a division to sign.
  12. http://www.nufc.co.uk/articles/20160701/united-complete-gayle-capture_2281670_5691447 Either his shirt is too small, or he is quite a stocky f***er!! Well happy with this signing. Love players like him and with a lot of teams now playing one striker up top. I think small, pacey goalscorers, have become a bit of a dying breed. Well they certainly have for NUFC. Lovenkrands was the last one I can remember who was even remotely similar to a Bellamy/Gayle type.
  13. Is he the guy that just shouts down that full kit w*****? Who has Arsenal everything, including headphones and a water bottle 2:00 in on the vid. Some absolute mongs on that ArsenalFanTV! Hope he turns up safe and sound.
  14. The one about mistaking Ferdinand for a black aga, in the kitchen? Then, repeating it to make sure everyone got the joke I remember them going straight to the adverts and then John then having to make a really confused apology, as if he had done nowt wrong
  15. That's fair. Started shit, but didn't hide and kept at it. Was great in the champ and again for a season or two after that. What's annoyed me most, is how he has gone AWOL over the last couple of seasons, he has been as gutless as Owen was as a captain and has flirted with leaving every 5 minutes. All whilst playing like Boumsong mk II. Whilst I won't forget how well he played for a time. I'm glad he's finally fucking off.
  16. Falcao mk2 Thats exactly how he'll end up. He's massively overrated. He's already 4 years older than Falcao, is in near perfect physical shape and can actually still run. Unless he suffers a massive pre-season injury it's near-on impossible to imagine he'd be worse than Falcao. Whether he is what Man Utd need would be a far more suitable argument to make. (and I don't even like him and think he's a bit of flat-track bully) Agree with the last line. He's clearly a talented player, but I'm not sure he'll bang in a shed load for Man U and end up being a great signing for them. Maybe it's a few years too late and perhaps the game over here won't suit him, as well. I used to really like him. But he's got on my tits recently. The whole social media wankfest over everything and anything he says or does. The way he is constantly so arrogant and talks about himself in the third person. It's boring and he's become a parody of himself. It's not funny or original like it used to be.
  17. Have no problem with him leaving. As I think he's easily good enough to play in the Prem and was one of our only decent players from last year. But I would have thought perhaps a club like Everton or Southmapton may have shown some interest. Joining Palace and Pardew, is a terrible move. He works hard TBF to him. So I hope he enjoys playing as an auxiliary full back.
  18. I hope PSG and Palace decide to have a pre-season friendly and he rapes Pardew, not even metaphorically, I actually hope he drags Pardew onto the pitch, pulls down his pants, then slips his nob into Pardew's back crack and pounds him. Such a weirdo.

That would be a foolish move, comrade. http://channeleye.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/Putin-+-gun.png

Agree on both points. Despite him being a better option than most of the names mentioned. I'd struggle to get behind a van Gaal managed team. Such an arsehole and his brand of football is pretty dire to watch, too. Really like Howe and it would be a step in the right direction. I just wonder how he'd get on with all the super egos in the squad?
  22. TBF, almost every season since the 5th place, Northern Rock/Virgin Money. We have a rancid home kit. I've liked some of the aways, mind.
  23. What the f***. I'd have more confidence in his dedication/professionalism as a footballer if his appearance was a bit more down to earth and "normal" , like Mickey Owen for example... Not the best example tbh - he turned out to be a detestable mercenary c***
