  1. I think I'd prefer an English manager. But when the only half decent candidate (Howe), doesn't seem like he's getting a look in. I'd 100% take Jurgen, over Allardyce or Bruce! Shows how bad our coaching set up must be from top to bottom. We don't really have any English managers, that fill you with confidence. I like Howe but its way to early, he is just starting his career and you wouldn't want him ruined by the time he is 45. Let him build his experience first before touching that mess. Yeah, I like him. But I said half decent. As even though I rate him, as you say, he is young and not that experienced. I still think him with a more experienced coaching staff around him. Would be a far better appointment than one of these clowns: http://www.bestbeginnermotorcycles.com/files/images/fattwins.jpg

  4. I made a similar looking kit on FIFA, circa 2002. I never did have good taste
  5. Looks perfectly normal, no? Has he got multiple breaks in his tibia and fibula? Looks like they have put a plate/rod in already judging by the first x ray?
  6. Imagine genuinely believing that and not being institutionalised.
  7. I think I will actively want England to lose if Allardyce gets the job. It's not just because of how shit he was for us or the sunderland connection. I just cannot stand the fact we are probably going to appoint such a prehistoric, limited manager. Who is an absolute cunt, to boot. I'd feel the same if it was someone like Steve Bruce. TBH, most English managers are uninspiring options and just proven to be bang average/shit. Only one I could get behind would be someone like Howe or a likeable ex-player.

Moyes will have them playing boring football and finishing 14th every season, which will be a minor improvement for them, I guess. Martinez would at least provide them with some entertainment. But his teams can't defend and I'm sure he'd get BEEEEEWWWWEEEEDDDD out of town, eventually. McClaren yeah right. Because that's going to happen.
  9. Agree with your post. But is anyone actually saying or implying this, though? I see most saying they like Lascelles, but as is common on here, they trust in Rafa's judgement.
  10. Thing is. I think if we sign Hanley, he will be starting most weeks with Mbemba (assuming he stays). I really like Lascelles and would be keen to see him develop further, playing week in, week out. If memory serves, Rafa chucked Taylor straight back in at the expense of Lascelles in one of his early games. That was after seeing how bad he was previously. Was it Southampton? We definitely need more than 2 starting quality centre backs, of course. I just wonder whether Rafa is keen on Lascelles or not?
  11. Certainly does need an industrial clean. Looking at it from the Shark Bar/Sandman. That corner makes it look more like a prison. It is filthy and could do with a clean and a lick of paint.
  12. Those Valencia kits are great. Are people so used to sponsors, they don't think a shirt looks complete without one? City going for the shit shirt trifecta. Quite the achievement really. Bring out 3 kits and all of them are absolutely rancid
  13. It took me longer than it should have, to realise that isn't actually Crooks team. If it wasn't for the photoshop. I would have genuinely thought it was his
  14. One of my favourite London grounds. Far better to visit than White Hart Lane, Emirates or Stamford Bridge. Agree on WHL. Can't stand it. Complete shithole of an area, not great to get to and no pubs for away fans. But Arsenal is a good away day and Stamford Bridge is not too bad, either. Stamford Bridge loses points for being £55 a ticket and their fans being aresholes though. Yeah, true. I went for the 4-3 cup game. Tickets were pretty cheap, I think and the game may have skewed my opinion!

  16. The poll Think I've sorted tickets in the away end for this. Half day at work and then a good afternoon on the beers in London. Been to Craven Cottage a few times. Shit stadium and not great to get to. But I'm pretty sure if you get off at Fulham Broadway or Earls Court, and then hop back on to get to Putney Bridge, there are some alright pubs around there? Looking forward to a Friday night game, though. Only other one I can remember was the 5-1 against Cardiff. That was great fun.

His profile is a train wreck. Loads of foreign women/fake profile friends, A LOT of God bothering stuff and he's kicking off about gay marriage. So gay marriage is disgusting and God hates that. But God is fine with a creepy bloke like him wanting to mount 13 year olds? Gotcha. What sort of God is this? Almost feel like I should report him or hunt him down with a pitchfork vigilante group. He's about an hour and a half from me
  18. When it ended. EDIT: Fuck you Dave This
  19. The difference between Rafa talking to prospective new signings and how Pardew must have went on: "UR A BALLER. A REAL STREET FOOTBALLER." "GREAT PLAYER. NEED MORE FRET." "You play on the front foot and that's my game. ATAM. GET BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
  20. He had a lot of influence on acting the way he needed to so that the headlines would be written about him. In particular the stretcher that wasn't needed and the touchline antics in the second half. Oh brave Ronaldo being stretchered off the pitch, only to spend the rest of the game bouncing around the touchline... Google the injury man. His knee was twisted inside out. It's probably a cruciate. Running around, then jumping about on the side line, after doing his ACL EDIT: partially torn. Not a complete rupture. Surprised they were happy for him to be going so nuts on the sidelines, if it is his ACL that has a tear.
  21. We've rarely seen peak Sissoko in a Newcastle kit and people think it's because he's lazy or actually just a s*** player. He's clearly a talented footballer, but if I had to play alongside absolute dogshit for three years, under the "leadership" of Pardew, Carver, and McClaren like he has, I'd be more than a little miffed as well. The times that he has attempted to make things happen on his own, he gets hounded out when it inevitably fails. Despite most of the other worthless c***s in the squad standing put doing f*** all, dicks in hand, tongues wagging. It's clear that Sissoko wants away, but I'll never understand fans who bitch and bitch about how poorly run the club is and then hound out a player who doesn't want to play for such a shithouse operation. Agree and disagree. You would be giving a free pass to most of the squad, using this viewpoint. We're a bit shit and we are poorly run. It's only fair that you half arse it and put in a gutless performance week after week and talk about the champions league and leaving on a monthly basis. He's getting paid plenty of money and he has been 'mailing it in' as you yankee doodles would say Personally, I don't have a problem with him wanting to better himself and leave. But when he has spent the last season or more, sulking and not really putting any effort in. I think that's unforgivable, personally. If he just played well and got his head down. He'd have a longer line of suitors and he'd get his dream move to Arsenal or wherever. Watching him and Wijnaldum against Spurs was brutal. They suddenly decided they wanted to play football again.
