  1. I kept thinking you were referring to Colo at first, when I read 'shit perm.' I genuinely thought you were referring to him being coach, until I got to quality perm
  2. Aye, "eezit dat TOO WELL if anyfin" I'm sure I read somewhere ITV are dropping him from their football coverage. I'm hoping I didn't just dream that?
  3. One that is mainly used by lower league cloggers. The type I play against, so my shitty level "I'VE GOT THE BALL REF" Usually after scything through someone from behind to get half a stud on the ball. Or double footing someone at about waist height and hitting the ball during the challenge.
  4. Sure they've been mentioned. But: "He's hit that too well." That Scottish commentator said this about Gouffran's shot on Saturday, that went straight at Forster. What does it even mean? It gets said whenever anyone gets a clean connection and it doesn't go in? "Well if it's not a penalty, he should be booked for diving."
  5. I've gone for a 6. The longer Carver hangs around, the more chance that has of increasing. If we appoint even a competent manager. Even one of the British dinosaurs that always get linked, then I think we'll stop up no bother. We'll finish 14th at least. Something for us all to look forward to.
  6. Just an indictment of our team at present and how shit it is.
  7. Absolutely gutless this bloke. Fed up of him now. My mate is convinced he sulks and plays even worse when he has to play RCB, to accommodate Dummett not sure what he's basing this on, as he has been going through the motions for ages now and I can't tell of any noticeable drop off in his game. Can't get much worse really! He does still go to games mind, so he may be keying in on something live. BODY LANGUAGE! I've barely watched us properly for about a year now.
  8. I remember that up in L7. I had an ST for the Championship and the season we come back up. Didn't renew once we got shifted, but not sure I would have done anyway, as the 500 mile round trip was getting a bit tedious! When Tiote scored, I ended up about 4 rows back. Same as the 5-1. That season in general though man. The amount of goals we scored. I seemed to pick the entertaining ones to go to anyway. 6-0 Villa, 5-1 sunderland, 4-1 Wolves, 4-4 Arsenal, 2-2 Wigan, 5-0 West Ham, 3-3 West Brom I also went to the 4-3 league cup game at Stamford Bridge. Seems a long while since I enjoyed watching us!

Jellus marra Once again, they have set the transfer window alight.

Can't stand Defoe. Never liked him and that awful put on accent and watching him try to get his bling watch into shot during his painful interviews. It's a sign of desperation for sure. 3.5 year deal and £80k a week though. He's 32 FFS! But he does score goals in fairness and at least they are actually getting players in.
  11. Another potential hold up is Carver, Stone and Woodman surely. Aren't they contracted until 2020? I know they won't be on big money, but Ashley won't want to pay them off the proper amount. Assuming there is no clause or compensation agreed within the deal of course. We need to start afresh. Get rid of all remaining traces of Pardew. Bar the players of course. Although Pardew's faves like Gouffran and Obertan can join him at Palace mind.
  12. It'll be Carver and we'll all be happy because he's a Geordie. We demand a Geordie manager and players.
  13. I can't believe he said about the club growing under his tenure. Stagnated at best if you're looking at league position. But with performances and players that have regressed. We have gone backwards. Such a cunt.
  14. Pretty much my thoughts on the matter. Unless De Boer agrees a deal that sees him leave Ajax for us at the end of the season. Carver in temporary charge would be horrible. It'll be horrible anyway, as I think there is a genuine chance we'll go down with him in charge and the football will be Pardew'esque or worse. But at least they'll be something to look forward to and some light at the end of the tunnel. If there is no pre-contract signed. I can really see us appointing another no mark. Or even worse, giving it to Carver full time. After he successfully steers us to a 14th place finish. Seeing as I doubt we'll get anyone of De Boer's calibre here. I'd rather we got Garde now. Most realistic option I think. No compo to be paid. No contract problem like Tuchel. No problem with him leaving his current club before the end of the season like Galtier and De Boer. Don't know much about him, but doesn't seem like a useless shithouse like most the Brit managers we're linked with.
  15. I still can't believe this has happened. What a great, late Christmas present. Although TBH, I don't feel as happy as I thought I would. I think I feel that worn down by it all, that it may take some time to fall back in love with the club again. It doesn't help that I fully expect Carver to get the job on a short term and possibly long term basis. If not, I don't trust Ashley/Charnley to appoint a decent manager anyway and the fact we treat cup competitions with utter disdain doesn't help matters. As every season, by January, we'll have fuck all to play for, save for being in a relegation battle. Still, Pardew gone. It's certainly great news and a fantastic way to start 2015!
  16. From my Facebook. It was someone replying to my status saying Pardew should jump off the Tyne Bridge. Honestly man. People are actually so oblivious to how s*** we are and lap up all this s***. Fair enough if nobody actually pays much attention. As the media are just as bad with this kind of BS. But don't go on like you're an expert on the subject. When really, you have no f***ing clue. TBF, that's a neutral supporter 'opinion' pretty much lifted from the Sun Says column and regurgitated ad infinitum by neutrals/people who take a passing interest in football. It used to annoy me and I remember calling an Arsenal 'fan' out on it (friend of a friend) once but now I just shrug- says more about the person saying it and how seriously their views are to be taken. Yeah I get that. But plenty of my mates can actually form an opinion and are aware of his shortcomings or how shit we are to watch. It seems as if the Sky 4 and 1-2 other clubs get spoken about in the media in any detail. The rest seems like a real nuisance to them. So they just lie and spout any old bollocks. Then people lap it up and pass it off as their own opinion. I just cannot stand shit like this with their faux-knowledge of what is going on at NUFC.

    Sammy Ameobi

Him and Gouffran out wide is just painful to watch.
  19. Useless player. When I saw him and Sammy were starting, I couldn't see us winning the game. Both utter shite, with no end product whatsoever.
  20. I've never met him. But I genuinely hate the man. I have never felt so low supporting NUFC. I really couldn't give a fuck about the results any more. No point even hoping for bad results so he gets the sack. As we've had shit results for about 2-2 years now
  21. What does that even mean? Makes no sense.
  22. That's so loaded it's ridiculous Up to 11% now the NO vote has mobilised You wait til RTG get hold of it marra. They love rigging online polls. They'll probably all be up in arms that Sewpa Kev, Saint Niall and Kevin Ball didn't make the shortlist.
  23. It's a sticker. Underneath is this I forgot about this picture isn't it Woodman in the background looking like an absolute predator?
