I've lived with a couple of mackems when I was at Uni. One was a cracking lad, great to have a few pints with and chat about football or whatever was going on. The other was the bellend's bellend. I don't ascribe either of these personalities to them being mackems, you just get dickheads and canny lads wherever you have people.

One thing we haven't been great at is letting players go at thwhen we can maximise their value. Hopefully this will be the start of us actually having something of an income stream from selling players when it's the right time rather than holding onto them until they die.
