It's the only natural position to put your arm when you're sliding for the ball like he was. You can't do that and have your arm down by your side. Not saying it's not a penalty, like.

Thought Longstaff started the first 15 slow, but he was phenomenal after that. Constantly overlapping and pressing like fuck. He looks quicker and fitter again like he did under Rafa.

In what way? I think that’s the bit of the game he’s executing well to be honest. Consistently amongst the most pressures and was top again last night.
