I have no idea why Declan Rice plays for England. Especially in this system.

Even when he was shit in terms of individual performance, which was quite often, he was very important to the team because of the role he took up in the system. No one else could do it. Results were far worse without him than they were with him.

We'll never really know whether the Carroll sale was good business. Had he stayed and continued the development curve he was on at the time he could've been reaching 200 club goals by now. I know that sounds mental considering his current state, but he was looking like a 20 goal a season striker at the time.

What on earth was Ancelotti doing today? Played right into our hands all game Last 2 games have been among the worst performances I've seen in many years. After winning our first 4 and showing a lot of fight (too much!) against Liverpool. I don't know what to think but what it has done is exposed our lack of depth. We badly missed our best players like any team would so in that sense you picked a good time to play us but still, zero urgency and some shocking individual performances. We were s***, you were s*** but you actually looked like you had some sort of a plan and therefore won. Think it was more you were shit, we were shit, but we still had our best players tbh
