I think the midfield being easily bypassed and opposition players finding so much room between the lines is a tactical issue tbh. It’s happening every game. Bruno is pushing up onto their DM all the time and the two 8s are always quite wide. It’s a bit odd.

I think the biggest problem is Eddie hasn’t worked out where he fits yet. It’s gonna take time.

I thought Longstaff was absolutely tremendous in that second half. Trippier is our only world class player though. It properly shows in games like that.

absolutely weird to single Anderson out for criticism haha. It was his third PL game in reality and his first 90. I thought he grew into it and did some good stuff. He’s very good at receiving the ball in between the lines on the half turn.

he will be more useful in Europe and the league when we’re playing against the bigger teams imo. Definitely feels more of a transition/counter attacking player rather than someone who’s going to breakdown a 5 man Brentford defence.
