  1. Be scoring the equaliser against Leyton Orient in a couple of seasons if he joins us.

Good distance covered =/= good stamina. Not necessarily anyway. Cabaye's played a ridiculous amount of games in the last 2 or 3 years. He's bound to be knackered. Needs a good long rest this summer.

He is such a boring twat, like. Feel for those that pay to go see us play under him. I certainly won't be again whilst he's still here. Haven't been up all season because of it.

    eurgh, still not been sacked.

This excuse that he's had no time to work on Sunderland, man. It's so flawed. If we ever actually worked on our own fucking game we could apply it to most if not all our matches, but no, we work on stopping the opposition. Look how well that's worked. He never learns for his mistakes, no matter of obvious they are.
  6. There has been games where we've seen Cabaye's ability to do it too though, Ferguson would get it out of him consistently imo.
  7. I have personally been impressed with Debuchy the most but other than that he's performed than any of the others. Oh aye, shit. Forgot Debuchy came in January. He's been the best followed by MYM.
  8. Think he'd do really well under Ferguson's coaching actually. Look at how good Carrick looks for them, Cabaye is easily as naturally talented imo.
  9. I think he's been pretty great on the whole, like. Better than our other January signings anyway.

Surely has to be the last straw.

If anyone was actually expecting him to be as good as last season they're a bit mental. We'd have one of the best strikers in the world if he was. If he can get 1 in 2 on average (which he has since Ba left) from now on I'll be delighted.
  12. I actually thought he was pretty good tonight. Certainly a lot better than he has been in the past couple of months.
  13. Think I'd wait until Sunday afternoon.

I don't think anyone is saying they wanted us to 'go for broke', just more of a persistent effort at winning the game 2-0 rather than waiting until 70 minutes when, ironically, we actually did 'go for broke'.

Their defence were absolutely shitting themselves when we started attacking them. They were more than suspect at the back, even when we played at their place. Why we waited until 60-odd minutes to try and score two goals is beyond me. We put ourselves in a position where we had to go all out; so of course they were going to score once we did that. Pardew is severely limited.

He's a striker who relies on instincts though. Once you start telling him not to go with those instincts you end up taking away what he's good at. I personally think his movement is brilliant.
  17. I hope we don't coach all the flair out of him though. I love a centre half who can dribble past a couple of players.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Was surprised with how good his form seemed to be after so long out.
  19. He did nothing glaringly wrong in his defensive duties. I wouldn't say he played particularly well though.

I find him frustrating because one or two of those offside will so easily not be. I don't mind ones where he is just offside beating the last man but sometimes he has gone so early the teams haven't even come out yet. Aye, but he scores goals. 7 goals in 2013 now (coincidence? I think not), can see him notching a couple on Sunday too.

    Papiss Cissé

He's not frustrating at all once you accept that he will be offside a couple of times a game. Fact is he scores goals as long as the service is there for him.
