I don't really understand the mistakes either tbh. He doesn't seem particularly erratic or unintelligent on the football field in most of his play.

I find those assist stats hard to believe tbh. A lot of sites say different things about what constitutes an assist and there's different figures all over the place. Mata is the best player in the league though, imo.

This is the main thing for me. He'll improve and there's plenty of time for him. People wanting to sell him are daft as fuck when he clearly has a lot of ability. He could do with some time out of the team, but there's no one who can come in atm.

I think he's playing well, but they've clearly identified that Jonás is a defensive player. Their right back's been flying forward all half and it's causing loads of problems.
