I don't think his vast improvement has anything to do (directly at least) with him playing on the left. Trippier has been playing much deeper than Hall does and Livramento basically has free rein to get forward as often as possible, and he seems to have boundless energy so it suits his game.

they’re worse players tbf
-
Miley been pretty poor
-
we just need to let them have the ball and commit players forward. Don’t think I’ve seen a PL side so bad at defending counters - their defenders are absolute fannies.
-
we’ve been so bad
-
I still think we can pass Forest. They have Villa, Spurs, Palace and West Ham away; and home games against Brentford, Chelsea and Everton which aren’t easy either.

wish Gordon would look interested when playing right wing.
-
really good to see him back performing at the levels he hit last season
-
I think people are being too harsh on his recent appearances and he needs some slack cutting. Think he’s looked progressively better - especially physically - in each sub appearance, which is what I’d expect from someone who has been injured for more or less 18 months.

really, really good last night and in the final. He’s been heavily involved in both matches which is usually the major criticism of his game. His passing and carrying were top notch. Probably motm for me.

where's 8 minutes come from

clinging on

their best player coming on

cheers man

ffs just score Alex
-
Isak not having the best game which means he's probably about to score
-
first one should've been a yellow on its own an' all

lads look confident

big strikers are coming back because teams want to play long over a press as well now, instead of trying to play through it with link-up strikers etc. Be ideal if we can bring Delap in tbh. He is young and will develop into a better player than he is now. I don’t really see it as him being 2nd choice either, there’s so many games, especially if we do well in the cups which we seem to under Eddie.

yeah, although I think Nuno probably has a more sound and deliberate plan in place than Pards did
-
like, even last night it was Forest 0.67xg - 1.99xg Man U. Probably the most fortuitous season I’ve ever seen a side have.
-
last season they underperformed, this season they are wildly overperforming. The reality is they are a mid to lower mid-table side since Nuno took over but their striker has had an unreal Nunez at Benfica-like season that will never happen again, and other teams haven’t scored as many against them as they should have. congrats to them, sometimes you get a bit of luck. Next season could be a disaster though with the extra games.

Kepa is terminally shit but would somehow still be Chelsea's best keeper

I am getting less classy/more toxic the older I get because every injury a rival team gets I'm sat here with a big smile on my face

every home game to the end of the season needs to be an incredible atmosphere now. We could do with wining all of them because 3/4 of the aways are pretty horrible.
