Nah. For the money they’d want, it’s a pointless signing imo, given he’s 31 in a few weeks time. He’d have done a cracking job if we’d signed him in January, but I think that would’ve been solely to keep us up. I’m the summer I think we’ll be looking longer term with respect to signings.

Im sure PIF will want a ‘Western’ presence in the club rather than put their own figureheads in to fill positions, and Reuben seems to prefer a background place. edit- plus, although they’ve purchased as a business transaction, I also feel that there is definitely an affinity and connection to the club/fans, and they won’t relinquish their 10% in a hurry as a result.
