If there's VAR, shouldn't they be able to review a straight tackle from behind?

Ayoze is very often the one that pulls off the telling clever pass or finish that the rest of the team seem to fail to execute or see. He is just so infuriating to watch because he is weak, cant finish outside the box and is so slow for a small player. He does work very hard though and gets too much grief a lot of the time. Definitely one of the best players in our team offensively, as sad as that is.

The result of our strikers all together costing less than this seasons transfer profits.

He just seems so average. A bit of pace and that's it. I'm strongly starting to suspect we signed him and Ki just to sell more sports direct crap in Asia.

Think Rondon has done well on his own. The bullet header was encouraging considering how weak the cross was. Perfect game for Yedlin where he gets to use his running off the ball. We've been as good as we can be with those players to be honest.

Think Perez has done well on quite a few occasions, the goalie has made a couple of great saves. Shelveys passing seems like our only threat. Kenedy has been disappointing as well even before the suspension-incident. He doesn't need to be Ben Arfa every time he gets the ball. Lascelles MOTM so far. The ref has been terrible.

Whenever I feel like Yedlin isn't quite good enough. I just think of Manquillo and calm down a fair bit. The Mike Ashley effect.

If he plays like that every week no way are we signing him permanently. Some club like Everton or even Wolves/Fulham will blow us out of the water on wages, if a big club doesn't come in for him. 20 million is looking like peanuts.

Thought he was the most talented player we've signed since Ben Arfa. Just absolutely no heart. I seem to remember in the derby Catts was on a yellow and Gini still just completely avoided him and lost the midfield battle so that his legs were safely wrapped for his Liverpool move. Would be perfect as the player behind the striker in a Rafa system, but I still don't want him here.

I like how after diving which is his nature he goes "oh wow we don't actually need to waste time now so I'll just be honest abe and go ITS NOT A PENALTY GUYZZ". Could have just tried to do something positive with the ball but fuck that.

Really looks a poor sub getting vardy on instead of rashford too. With no creativity in the side his runs are useless. Rashford would at least carry it and cause trouble by himself.

It's what I'd say if I were them too to be fair. If you want one of our first teamers you have to pay over the top. Rather different than the Mike Ashley perspective though.

Feel like if they implemented this VAR in the premier league it would benefit the likes of us. Referees who are too spineless to give us penalties against the likes of the Manchester teams wouldn't have a choice. Liking it more and more.
