Got repeatedly roasted by Jacob Murphy in the away game. He seems to have been one of those players who’s reputation among our fans got bigger the longer he was away.

This was one of our targets I was most interested in as it seemed to tick a lot of boxes that we’re aiming for. I imagine the pull of City and Pep is a big one but I think he’s daft going there as it could take years to break through. We’re that short in players in that role he could have got game time this season here.

Fingers crossed that’s the case because making us weaker for no reason doesn't.

I know he’s been shit at times but can’t help but feel like loaning Wood out is a mistake.

Saying nothing others haven’t already said but loaning Wood is daft unless we have a replacement lined up. I seriously doubt he’d want to leave to sit on the bench at Forest anyway.

Nah I don’t think it’s cringey. We were in the precipice of oblivion, some of the results weren’t great and the football wasn’t anywhere near what it is now. It was a pivotal point for us. Rafa was a legend, fought for the club, fans and showed us we could be better. The clamour for him made sense. I still love Rafa but I don’t think he could have done what Howe has as it’s completely different styles, I didn’t believe Howe could have done it either. I hope he gets a decent job and like you say, West Ham could be ideal.

If peoples wrong opinions are being pulled up two of my recent howlers is saying on multiple occasions that Dan Burn is no better than what we had and that Chris Wood would be a good singing for us. If anyone wants any of these top opinions on potential new signings drop me dm.

The prices for players that really aren’t top tier is stupid at the moment.

Would take any of those 3 Chelsea players as they’d all add something to our squad. Gallagher probably provides the most pressing need but Ziyech would be my preferred of the 3. Miggy surely can’t run all season like that and Murphy isn’t going to offer cutting-edge if you’re going to sustain a European push. Even Loftus-Cheek would be a good alternative to Longstaff. Sign all them

I guess I meant VAR telling the ref to go and see it. How have they seen that and suggest he’s got it wrong? Compare it to some of the pens we haven’t been given this season.

Ridiculous from that angle that VAR overruled the decision. Never a pen.

That’s how I see it. He’s stood clean on the top of his foot. Not sure how VAR can ask the ref to look after not awarding the pen.
