I think this could have been handled better, the new wave combined with the very compressed fixture list was always going to cause this. When there were calls for the league to be suspended maybe should have been heeded and maybe 2 full rounds of fixtures postponed, that way fair on everyone and would have kept covid numbers down.

It wasn't just you and no yours was far from worst but I think he's earned respect for doing well by the club. I do rate him higher than Shelvey, Shelvely certainly can play better but mostly hasn't and has very often contributed absolutely nothing. Until slump more recently hayden could be relied upon to put in the hard yard.

We should be sensibly building not buying over priced 'star' players who care more about their gram than the pitch and will take one look at our wank training facilities and switch off. Get a mix of promising young players and some good experienced players. Spending large money on 1 player could backfire hugely. When we want to drum up sponsorship money and shirt sales the megastars can come, not in relegation fight. (personally could do without them at all)

When Rafa had him and longstaff playing as a midfield 2 both players were well above bottom of the table level. Bruce's absence of proper training left them both less fit and much less effective. Does not deserve to be slagged off and I worry about how quick some of the fanbase have suddenly assumed since we are super rich now if a player is not mbappe they are game for being told they are wank.
