I have seen Ba play LF at West Ham and at other times, its more based on the fact iam certain Ba would pull the role off...... I dont have the same confidence in Cisse, he should stay in the middle perhaps you could say the same for Ba but if you want 5 man midfield system then IMO atleast Ba is better suited to the LW role.

De Gea has been fantastic in recent weeks United wont buy no one, Arsenal have Chesney ( cba with the name) , Chelsea have Cech and Courtis( who looks fantastic on loan at Atletico), City have Hart. Krul is going nowhere, only Spurs need a GK and they wont be able afford to him. Tiote is the only one who i think might leave, the rest of the big names will stay and Ba will sign a new long term contract.

I have seen him at Lille its not just based of this season he is play is mainly based in both boxes be it helping out defensive work or making runs to the edge of the box and having a shots from edge of the box or getting forward to score goals..... Actually alot like Scholes as a youngster but not as good He is not been that player for us, his natural role is b2b always has been even people in France said so. It's just that he has the technical ability to pull off other roles, but his natural role is b2b. Lol @ the generalising btw, because some people use b2b as a term to make up for thier lack of knowledge dont mean we all do

I think Munian should go as the 4th forward, adds something different which the others cant provide. He maybe young but if your good enough your old enough.

Cabaye is a b2b midfielder, atm we are trying to get him to be a playmaking, tackling all action midfielder but he isnt that..... Quite frankly i would try and get a playmaker in and i mean a proper midfield general and let Cabaye be the B2B you all crave.

There's two ways we could go if we switch to a more fluid system...... Either we switch to a 4-3-1-2 were practically everyone is in thier rightful position but we would need two top quality fullbacks to make it work or we switch to 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3 or 4-3-2-1 and move Ba out of position for the good of the team. Either way i dont see 4-4-2 being a long term system for us, times are changing and 4-4-2 is too open for the top level. One of the reasons english teams have struggled in Europe.

On Gervinho i dont actually understand why we wanted him he doesnt seem to fit at all...... Never going to play on the wings in a 4-4-2 and i dont see why he would fit in a partnership with Ba. As others have said iam glad we didnt get him in the end, he's obviously a good player who seems to have left his shooting boots in France but not sure how he fits us at all.

Exactly Cajun, one of the best sides in Europe in Barcelona have a small squad aswell difference is its brimming with quality and not quantity. Add 4 players where we lack depth, and bring the youngsters through like Ferguson, Abeid, Vuckic etc etc and lets not forget Marveaux, Sammy Ameobi, Steven Taylor etc etc will be back next season and get rid of the deadwood and i think you will find the squad will be rather strong.

I see us buying 4 players regardless of sales, if we are to sale Tiote or anyone else then we will replace them.

Yep, iam not confident of getting anything and for this reason it greatly agitates me that we drew our lost two games but i highly doubt we will get thrashed. If Arsenal win it will be a narrow margin imo.

Indeed, tho the problem is that for such a system to work we need two quality fullbacks providing the width when Marveaux and Ben Arfa are narrow. Hopefully the summer will provide the answers to all these silly questions

FFS man thats probably about as strong as a side as they can pick apart from Wilshere mind you bar Williamson you could say the same about us. I am not expecting anything and usually when that happens we play well or win so iam hoping we can get something again or atleast run them close. Shame we could'nt win the two home games because then i could'nt frankly care about the result considering where those results would have left us it would be almost like a free game...... Oh well.
