Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)

Its a bit hard to dominate the midfield when the ball is flying over your head every 5 mins On the style debate, i dont expect to play like Barca but what i do expect is to see us pass through the midfield instead of completing bypassing it and playing our players strengths and not weaknesses...... I can understand Williamson and Simpson hoofing it, but Colo, Tiote, Cabaye, Jonas etc etc GTFO! Play more like we did in the 2nd half and i wont complain too much, we have good players i think its time we use them. -
Debuchy? would be a great signing he really impressed me against Germany the other week, i know Cabaye absolutely raves about him.
-
What Pardew should think about instead of being so negative is when Ben Arfa is dribbling at the back four he is pushing the other team back out of fear and creating opportunities for the team. Where as with Obertan and Taylor they dont stop anything as the Spurs game showed and they offer f*ck all going forward aswell. There is frankly no excuse not to start him.
-
I am pretty sure he doesnt like the left either, sure i heard the reason he left Marseille was because he refused to play on the left. Got nothing to say which has'nt already been said, needs to start makes us infinitely more dangerous when he plays. Plus Ashley should be on about it to Pardew that he should be starting everyweek, if Ben Arfa cements a place in the team on the right then we wouldnt have to buy a winger in the summer lol.

Ah some things really dont ever change -
Midfield wise Arsenal are not that good, thier probably all season has been struggling to create and their defence can be got at. Play like we did in second half with Santon instead of Simpson and we get a draw IMO. Krul Santon Williamson Colo Raylor Ben Arfa Cabaye Tiote Jonas Ba Cisse I doubt Pardew will do that tho and if he doesnt will lose by a goal or 2 imo.
-
Oddly enough Raylor combined with Jonas better than Santon ever did. Raylor and Santon as fullbacks and Jonas and HBA as wingers, Pardew wont do it but he should.
-
I dont expect to play like Barcelona, but what i do expect is to see us actually pass the ball instead of completely by passing the midfield and hoofing it up to the front 2. Sort it out Pardew, we have good players play to their strengths not their weaknesses.

If he's on the bench next week iam going to f*ckin insane, anyone with a brain cell can see he's our most talented player and can open up any defence......

Thank f*ck for Shola, we deserved to win that but atleast we didnt lose....... Ref is a c*nt no way in hell that was a penalty, we actually played well in second half when we need to instead of the stupid of this f*ckin hoofball shit. Oh if Ben Arfa is benched next week iam going to go insane, anyone with a brain cell should be able to see he makes us infinitely more dangerous. -

Could'nt sleep last night but who cares its derby day, lets put the SMB in their place again! HWTL! -
Could'nt sleep but up since 8am, thinking about the derby shitting bricks.......it needs to hurry up and start ffs Still extremely confident of all 3 points tho.
-
Probably why he struggled in that game, in particular. Cant be easy having a broken foot and then coming back and having Sturridge run at you. Other than that he has impressed me in the solid defensive LB sense.
-
Ben Arfa isnt the type of winger who is going to cross the ball...... he's either going to cut inside and shoot all skin his defender run down the bye line and pull it back for a player running into the box. Didnt he say in France he hates playing on the left wing tho?
-
What i have seen of Pieters he seems to be a defensively solid, no thrills LB and quite frankly with Santon on the other side with his excellent runs from the back we need a defensively solid fullback on the other side to balance it out. I am not that convinced this tweet means hes coming tho, although id be very happy if he did.

I agree, plus being from London naturally i have lots of mates who are Chelsea fans..... so i can troll the f*ck outta them. On the CB discussion i agree one more Quality CB would be enough, Mbwia, Vertonghen or Douglas would be awesome.
-
Refer to the European thread. If another team makes the FA Cup final that are not in the top 7 they will take the 6th European spot. We need a Spurs/Chelsea kinda final. Oh right, heres hoping for a combination of Chelsea, Liverpool or Spurs in the final then

Erik Pieters @_Erik_Pieters_ Congratulations to my friend #TimKrul with his new deal - You deserve it - All the best this weekend #beat.those.people Beat those people

That's how I see it as well. It looks like now we have our finances on a solid footing we are investing the money back into quality on the pitch. Colo is already an icon and for us to have secured a player of his stature on what must be substantial wages is a clear message that we are moving into the big league. How far are we into the five year plan btw? That's a point actually when did the 5 year plan start? when we got promoted or when Pardew became manager or when Ashley took over? I am confused lol.
-
Dalglish is one of the most overrated managers of all time, not first time i have said this either. 10 points off 4th despite spending over 100 million
-
As iam confident Liverpool or someone in top 5 will win the FA Cup i believe 6th will be enough for EL and i believe we will get 6th. All this result does is basically end our dreams of 4th place IMO, but lets face it we all would done anything for 6th and finish above Liverpool at beginning of season. And i believe we will.
