He’s outrageous. Should put together a team of players Mourinho let go, it could probably challenge for the title. You could argue that 3 of the 4 best players in the league are players Chelsea have got rid of, even if Mourinho has got one of them back. Who is the other one? got De Bruyne and Lukaku but can't think of the other one.

If you are happy with wingers who are good defenders who regularly go weeks without doing anything and then blaming Atsu when he has to do everything like everyone else seems to then sure. But i personally i don't like rewarding mediocrity.

Dunno Striker and AM aside he's pretty far up the list, i have never understood the fanfare around him personally. He's basically a 2nd fullback and contributes f*** all going forward. Atsu aside he's just as irrelevant offensively as everybody else tbh, one thing i do like about him however is he doesn't treat the football like a grenade like most of the team. Doesn't he have the most assists in our team? That will happen when you are a good set piece taker for a team that does fuck all outside of set pieces.

True mind I know i have said there isn't much alternatives due to the personnel but Rafa had to try something really. Lets hope it works out.

Joselu looks fairly decent technically (for our squad anyway) and seems willing to work hard. He'll obviously be s**** there but due to lack of options I'm assuming he'd be expected to just do what Perez has done only be better in possession. Gayle could probably do that too like, but I'd much prefer him trying to get in behind. From what i have seen of Gayle i really doubt he could tbh, he should be touching the ball outside the box as little as humanly possible.

What's this based on? his general play does look better but he's hardly scoring loads of goals and it's not like we create loads of chances.

Not when none of them are comfortable in the final third it isn't, like I been saying there's no realistic alternative to what Rafa's currently picking. People are looking for solutions which frankly don't work.
