Acting like Ashley Cole won't still be getting call-ups in 5 years time.

I'd go with Big Mike until he struggles. He and MYM seem to have a nice balance at the moment.

I'd say Williamson simply because he's the hot hand. Taylor hasn't played since the City game and Williamson has performed rather well since joining the starting XI.

I don't think he's a great defender no. They defend well as a team, not necessarily their players. Mertesacker is a good defender, don't get me wrong, I just don't see him as a top 5 defender in the PL. Who would you rate higher than him at CB? I'm only coming up with a few. His positional awareness and aerial ability are excellent. Not great with the ball at his feet, but that's Koscielny's job.

I'm in favor of the salary cap, particularly in a young, growing league. But they need to raise it.

Outside of Zonal Marking, what are some good sites for tactical match analysis?

Only took over a couple of weeks ago IIRC. For some reason I thought he had been there a couple months. First match in charge was the 20th, 2-2 draw with Monaco.
