Obscure, un-important players going by single names. Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Xavi, etc. Fine, all great players. Seems like your average Brazilian (and Spaniard to a lesser extent) feels it's an entitlement for him to go by a single name.
While that's probably their best pairing up-top, it's still not enough to concern me. Their link-up play and service to the forwards has been non-existent this season and even if they have to rely on hoofball to get Fletcher-Altidore involved, we should still be able to handle this match with ease.
Mackem rumour.
Aye
Awesome, so glad you were right. Medal is in the post. Well done son, well fucking done.

Moved with his family when he was 5, so I guess 13 years or so. But I think he'll need a full 5 more years since he just received his green card.
It would also be to his benefit to remain in MLS and grow as a player, imo. No need to rush him to Europe, he's only 18 now. But I can't say I'd blame him (or be surprised) if he made the jump in the next few seasons.
edit: A-toon
The 5-year wait could be a blessing in disguise. He won't be prematurely subjected to international football like so many young American players in recent years (unless Uruguay calls him up and he changes his mind).
Or he could be the next Donovan and break-out at 20 and we miss out for 3 years.
Depends where you live in the city I would have thought.
Real is the easiest to get too though as it has it's own Metro stop & is in a nice part of town.
If it were me living in a new multi-team city I'd have go to all the teams and see which atmosphere I liked best.
That seems the most reasonable way to handle the situation. It just seems like, 95% of the time, no matter where this person might live in Madrid, they're gonna choose Real.
