  1. That interview Couldn't get past question one without mentioning the referee. He's comical.
  2. But I now feel glad all over, GTFI!!!
  3. Glad all over makes me want to spew.
  4. Hope he gets his hat trick. He wanted it badly through the week.
  5. They've brought back general sale this year but unlikely to get that far for most games.
  6. One of the last remaining things I hate about NUFC is Jack Colback.
  7. I can't think of anything to write in reply to this shambles.
  8. It has the video icon next to the game on mine.
  9. Aye, looks like it'll be live on B365.
  10. You can collect over the counter almost immediately for 99% of bets. If you win over £1000, they'll either do a transfer (usually takes a couple of days whilst they sort it in their system) or issue a cheque. You can also be paid out £1000+ in cash but you'll normally have to wait until they get the cash delivered as they don't hold a lot of money in shop nowadays. If the FOBT's have had a lot of people lose that day, they may open them up and get cash from them to pay you.

This defeat will hurt them more than most. Can't stop laughing.
  12. Stifler got 12 tickets, 6 for his own friends, and 6 for friends of a friend. My friends are going with me, the others aren't. Top man Stifler sorting me a few tickets for beam back tonight
  13. If I'd of went, the bus I was going to be on was meeting at 12.30.
  14. Clark has filled in at LB this season already and looked assured. I'd be happier with him at LB than Dummett without question. Even Ian Dummett has made comments at SJP this season suggesting that his own son should be dropped
  15. Why is there this myth that Dummett can defend? He gets beaten by the opposition winger regularly. I'd want to see Mbemba play alongside Lascelles with Clark at left back soon.

The atmosphere at Ibrox for run of the mill league games is even worse than at St James'. Most of their home games are played out in near silence with most of the crowd starting to drift away after 70 minutes. I went to around 10 games at Ibrox last year and it was a marked improvement on anything I've seen in England in recent times. The 4-0 Quarter Final win over Dundee was superb. I was there on Saturday vs Partick and the atmosphere was very good for an hour, but died off towards the end as did the game as Rangers killed the game off to preserve the 2-0 lead. There's a thread of follow follow absolutely slating the atmosphere at Ibrox on a Saturday. Here's the very first post on it; I sit in the govan front and have done for over ten years. I thought today when I heard we had just about a full house the place would be rocking and get the team going. Unfortunately I have to say that the atmosphere was so negative and flat from just about the first whistle. So called fans berating players for not doing something and just sucking all the confidence out of young guys like McKay. Far too much of this attitude this season from too many so called fans. its bad enough that the media are all over us but we don't need the same from our own. Is that from Saturday just gone? If so that's very surprising. I was reading an article of Sunday with quotes from Kranjcar saying how good the support was. It also helps that I normally sit not too far away from the Union Bears and they constantly get songs going. I'm convinced I wasn't that pissed that I was hearing things - Tennants isn't that strong

I wrapped in my ST at SJP 4 years ago. I've been to 3 games at the ground since - Everton last boxing day, Wolves in the cup the other week and Norwich at home last week. The atmosphere on all 3 occasions has been absolutely desperate bar the last few minutes vs Norwich. I haven't been at a Sunderland home game for a few years. I used to go along for the odd corporate do - the last one being Sunderland v West Ham on a midweek night. The atmosphere then was also absolutely shite. In fact, in recent years, every home atmosphere I've been to has been hopeless apart from Glasgow Rangers games, and I thought Leicester were decent against us last season - they were going for the league and had them stupid clapper things so a good atmosphere was to be expected. I can't think of any other stadium I've visited over the last 5 years or so, where the home crowd have racked up a good atmosphere. I think it's a nationwide problem more than a regional problem with Newcastle/Sunderland. On the reverse side, Newcastle and Sunderland have two of the best away followings going at the minute given our geographical location.
  19. Do you live alone by any chance? What the fuck is that? You didn't celebrate two injury time goals that made us win a game of football 4-3 simply because you were not happy that we were not already winning. Can't stop laughing at "Didn't even celebrate". I just picture you sat there on your settee with your arms folded, "nah, nah. no way. We weren't great for a portion of the game so I can't accept this as a victory".
  20. Eh? I've only seen the highlights so I can't really comment, but Dummett's cross for Ritchie's header against the bar surely makes this anything but a standard Dummett performance. I think Disco was being generous with a 6. One good cross doesn't constitute a good performance.
