Agree,I couldn't refuse evens on the Everton win though. Under Adkins I'd have kept keep clear however.
I can refuse that. We got 2 points from away games at Reading, QPR and Wigan. We generally don't do well in away games where we are broadly considered favourites.
Generally wouldn't bet on this game, at least not with any sort of significant money. Very hard to predict how they'll react to the manager change. Can easily see it going both ways.
Everton's 1 defeat in the last 10 and Southampton's 2 wins in the last 10 swung it for me.
Is a tough game to call but I just feel Southampton will be no where near as strong as they would have been under Adkins.Just can't see the players being fired up after having such a good relationship with Adkins, along with the hostile atmosphere expected from their own fans I think they'll be in for a tough night.
Southampton will end up winning this 5-0 now though
They obviously feel with 'arry in charge and Remy signed there far to good to go down.
Probably not fussed about the release clause as they feel it will never be triggered.
Right bunch of smug cunts
Fact is, had Keegan not resigned, we would almost certainly been one of the big 4.
Exactly. After last season,I thought we may, just maybe,be on to something.
This season has certainly brought me back down to Earth
Fantastic post.
I feel the emergence of the "big four",killed it off for clubs like ours.
The revenue from Champions League was just too big,and those big four rapidily took off in terms of finance that they could spend on players, and the kind of players they could attract.
Redknapp said: "I told him I wanted to play him through the middle, whereas he’d have played wide elsewhere"
Not aware of our infamous 4-4-2 then "arry"
Suarez to score anytime v Norwich tomorrow is currently 1.73 @ Coral. 1.45-1.65 everywhere else.
He's scored a hat-trick in his last 2 games against them.
