  1. Every time I've watched Dembele he's been absolutely shite.

Wouldn't give up on him yet, desperately lacking in confidence. You could see what he has technically when he arrived, very skilful and can finish when given the opportunity.
  3. Absolutely fucking hated him just before he signed here, he's been a very good signing and like him as a person and player now. Dangerous player on his day but £70m+ is a good deal. Let's just hope we can find a quality replacement to feed the Wolte.

I just can't understand how a professional footballer in the PREMIER LEAGUE can kick a ball like him. I mean it's simple stuff, hit it high, with power, and keep it inside the massive fucking green thing in front of you.
  5. Yeah not a fan of managers leaving players out to prove a point. By all means discipline them with a fine or train with the kids but leaving them out of the team is just shooting yourself in the foot. Especially a player of Hall's quality, surely other players are going to side with the player more than the manager so it'll just cause further problems. Footballers aren't nursery class kids.
  6. AJ saying he was the landlord at that stadium last night might actually come true
  7. I hate league tables like that BBC table. It doesn't change the positions for other teams throwing away points once ahead so what's the point? I did see a stats table the other day though which showed how many goals we've conceded due to our own players mistakes and it was very alarming. Same as today with Botman. You can't really blame Howe for those. Eddie should stay imo, but he needs to get things sorted and fast.
  8. Still another week to go but there's like 7 games in 5 days over Xmas? Well played PL, well played.
  9. Love how he stumbled a little too, that's just his style and in a weird way I wasn't surprised he scored that. He's definitely capable of it on a consistent basis he just needs to smooth the edges to his game when dribbling. Definitely a player I'd like us to keep hold of for a good few seasons, could be a gem especially under Eddie.
  10. That Ars-e-nal chant is the shittest thing in football. Up there with Liiiiiiiv-er-pool Utterly pointless.
  11. He hasnt known what day it is since banging Natalie Sawyer
  12. Is this Lucy Ward on ITV? She speaks like a builder who has just spotted a major water leak at your house.
  13. What's all that banging in match cam? People banging on advertising boards? Sounds like palace or Bournemouth away Great video though, loved Eddie chuckling at Burn having a crack from 30 yards
  14. It's quite ironic how he never lets anyone finish a sentence, and a football Club never lets him finish his "plan"
  15. Haven't seen Forest play since he took over, has he implemented that ridiculously high line that he had a Spurs?
  16. He will but he's such more of an impact player hitting teams on the break. His pace, dribbling and finishing 1 on 1 are lethal, when he's marked right around the box he's never been the type to find acres of space or have the ability to push off his defender. The way Liverpool play I don't think they'll get the best out of him. Imagine him somewhere like when Carlo was at Madrid. That's his perfect role.
  17. If we can't work out how we're playing it's safe to say...Arteta won't have a fucking clue what to expect.
  18. Would have loved him here but there's no doubt he would have been trouble at some point or another.
  19. What do you think Liverpools PSR position is now? Has it been reported anywhere? I'm guessing it's absolutely fine and they're free to spend 250m in Jan and another 500m in the summer before they get close to the ceiling lights?
  20. I just don't think he'll be a perfect fit for England. He has the ability, no doubt. But if he wants to use his high pressing style he just doesn't get long enough to work with the players and some of the players just wouldn't be useless to it. That's why he considers pre-season so important. He works the players hard, but you can't really do that at International football. However with that being said, if he does take the England job one day he'll probably adjust his style slightly to accommodate that. He has plenty of tricks up his sleeve.
  21. Love his football IQ. Knows exactly what to do and when. Rolls Royce of a player is a perfect description. Imagine looking round the changing room and seeing this guy sit there.
