Is there actually any real credible evidence that it will still go through though? Probably not at the minute. Tbh there's more evidence that it will go through than that it won't. If there were no lawyers, middle east peace deals or consortium, then it definitely wouldn't be happening. However all of those things are ongoing.

Going to be interesting to see how things look on the 6th March. Before then we have Chelsea, Man Utd and Wolves. Fulham have Burnley, Sheff Utd and Palace. After the 6th of March though our games get easier and Fulham get much harder. Definitely squeaky bum time if Fulham get 2 wins in the next 3 though.

Watched that gallowgate shots interview with GC last night. When he said last year we were literally down to the PL putting a signature down and it was done. So so close. He also said the arbitration isn't about MA getting compensation, it's about getting the sale. What's going on with those ITK rumours on the f365 forum? Has he gone quiet for a few weeks?

Agree with all that.I still believe FA hasn’t done anything about Bruce cos he thinks the takeover will happen shortly (whatever that timeframe means). Looks like we’re all looking to SA for the next move. That was my thinking too tbh, if Ashley knows it's close there's no way he is sacking Bruce, he won't want to complicate things for the consortium now the deal and price has been agreed, maybe they've told him don't do anything as we'll be the owners soon and we will sort it. Also coming in and getting a new manager would be a big plus for them. The last thing they'll want to do is sack a manager who was appointed by Ashley a week or two before they arrive. It wouldn't be a good start for them with the national media etc. Who knows though. All we can do is specualte.

Yeah it seems everyone is waiting for developments in between SA and Qatar. This appears good news to me as it seems to indicate the PL are willing to settle this before arbitration. If not I think we would be hearing lots of noise about start dates etc by now. Little things keep happening in the middle East, both have raised each others flag again etc, slowly but surely I think we're getting to the discussions that effect us. I mean it was never going to happen on the first day. I still believe this month will be a big month, over the next 2 or 3 weeks I think the picture will become a lot clearer, either through arbitration details or the KSA/Bein handshake. We want the latter.

Yeah I agree his rants on twitter and his sarcastic tone doesn't come across well, even if he is doing good work for the takeover. It seems anyone who has a different point of view or different take on the things than him, get immediately shot down, followed by a load of laughing faces and zebras From seeing him on the podcast I think he's a decent bloke with good intentions. It's just his social media presence that is poor. Like I've said before though, I genuinely think it's because it's all new to him and its like he's 10 years behind when it comes to knowing how to deal with it.

Also remember Edwards previously said Mike Ashley is done with the deal and has given up. Absolute shit because as we know he got a legal team involved and started a case against the PL almost straight away.

All we know is that he has a legal case against the PL lined up after the arbitration (if it fails). There is no public proof of this, so it's either you believe him or you don't.

I definitely think NCSL know a lot about what's going on with the takeover situation,however to say that article is attacking and undermining Staveley is strange, it doesn't say anything bad and hasn't been written in that tone at all.
