Simon Jordan think Nuno is the perfect manager for Spurs
-
No idea but my prediction is that there is proof released confirming masters had involment with the super league plans.
-
Loved how he nearly found himself 1 on 1 v the keeper early on in the game. His defensive game is getting better and he still has that attacking threat. A very good option to have in the squad.
-
Shelvey should have just played a one-two with the advertising board to create space. You're allowed to do that as long as its a one touch pass.
-
We would have had a 2 v 1 if ASM gets passed him too, which he would have done. Awful challenge, I thought red as soon as it happened.

I think the magnitude of the game has a lot to do with it. A mistake in a meaningless game without VAR would go down to "that's football" but when it's the World Cup final at stake everybody would be begging for VAR to award the correct decision. In needs competent people to run it and the rules need to be made clear and consistent.

Fulham can mathematically get 15 from their last 5. Although it is admittedly very very very unlikely
-
Fulham can reach 42 points, how are we mathematically safe after 1 more win?

So the PL is apparently looking to change the rules to expel any team that leaves the PL? So they leave to join a super duper league and say they ain't coming back, and the PL tell them you won't be coming back?! That's some hard hitting punishment right there ?
-
Ahh I remember this thread! Good to see you again, how have you been?! Ah fuck, actually we're heavily involved again aren't we ?

This article from Sky news was in October 2020. It has it absolutely bang on about the details of the super league. Except for one thing... It says FIFA are involved in discussions. Hmmm ? https://news.sky.com/story/top-english-clubs-in-bombshell-talks-to-join-european-premier-league-12109175

The punishment for the big 6 is letting the takeover go through
-
Imagine the Midlands clubs decided they had enough and wanted to start their own "King of the Midlands league" with games being mid week. The big 6 would send them down to the absolute bottom of the pyramid, and masters would be leading the charge.
-
Yep they could have introduced a 100% tax on them for example.
-
Anyone think this was all part of their grand master plan to get even more power? "ok ok we'll come back but you must do a few things that we want? Deal?" Masters would have been begging them to not leave him behind.
-
What was it that they did?
-
Hope to fuck they get punished and not just a "welcome back, no more mistakes ok?"
-
But they own the player registrations surely? That would mean they can rightly stop the players from playing until their contracts end. They might not be able to stop the league but I have a feeling they can stop games being played and clubs appearing in it.
