I don't think we can second guess Ashley using logic to be honest, hiring Kinnear twice suggests he does whatever he wants regardless.

I can't take this anymore! I might just get black out drunk until tomorrow's press conference.

those Palace fans can't be serious? Claiming Pardews strengths are scouting flair players and standing up to the chairman? They seem absolutely clueless...Perfect!

The only "quality" player that you could argue hasnt been replaced is Cabaye. Pardew has some great players at his disposal so I am not to sure why people make out that he has been getting a championship side into the mid-table all the time.

Anyone else wondering how this conversation really went?

To be fair Martinez record at Everton so far has been at best average.

Roy Keane has left Villa; Lambert must be going soon. One of my Villa friends was using the old "who else are we going to bring in" Also looks like Alan's available: https://twitter.com/alansavailable

Top 4, get in. I can start to be delusional again! -
I think he just finds an ambiguous word and keeps repeating it until people switch off and stop listening.

Might have to stick £20 on a Newcastle win, it's the only way I can make life bearable seeing Pardews smug face plastered everywhere for the following week, if we do in fact win. That and I haven't won a bet in over a year! -

A win tomorrow and I think there's a massive chance Pardew stays and we go down, a loss and we are on 4 points with some minging fixtures approaching. I think we are already fucked to be honest. Unless Ashely splashes 30m in January. -
If Ashley a owner who won't spend money and has zero ambition is a great owner, then why did he go to Liverpool all those years ago? He's just a massive hypocrite who's sold his soul for a few bob.

Reading that statement, I actually feel extremely embarrassed for the lad. Smacks of those delusional people who go on the Xfactor, only to become a laughing stock as they think their the next Justin Timberlake or Rihanna and yet they are so shit people think it must be a joke.

I just don't get it, Ashley's been pretty absent from the club for a number of years now maybe showing his face once or twice a year. However Ashley has already been to 2 or 3 games this season and when you add in what he said on Thursday which pretty obviously wasn't a joke, something is up. But to then say Pardew won't get sacked if we lose to Swansea just doesn't add up.

Starting to think Ashley realises he won't ever get it so good again and that he will never find a more loyal yes man than Pardew and that's the only reason he's staying, you got to remember this is the man who has hired Kinnear twice and the likes of Denis Wise who haven't been hired by anyone since. Ashley doesn't view things from a football perspective. I imagine he's made huge profits the last 3 or so years with Pardew in charge and probably realises he'll never get someone so weak again. Think he's just hoping Pardew keeps us up, so he can keep getting maximum profits without the demand for investment from the manager. The whole thing stinks, and to be honest I'm surprised the likes of Carr haven't walked either, he must see how the club is being run.

Also he keeps mentioning Hull and Palace win but we didn't even beat Palaces second string in 90mins it took extra time!

I honestly don't think I'll survive December if he is still here. The sheer depths he will go to, to lower expectations for those December fixtures
