Only heard a bit of it last night in the car, but the Sunderland commentator for Radio Newcastle was on Total Sport, and it sounded like he was uncertain and questioning the amount of changes happening at the SoS. Italian backroom staff and DoF, then all these new players coming in - was saying if it all went wrong, and they ended up sacking PDC, then with all the staff/players he's brought in, its basically 'tear it up and start all over again' for the next manager. He sounded slightly concerned.... almost unconvinced at whats going on. Lovely.

What's the point of all the blue trim then? As has been mentioned already in the thread, we have had blue trim on the home shirt before, and some thought it could be a nod towards the 'blue' tint that appears on a magpie, in certain light.

There is definitely a big difference between the two tops. The ebay one seems to have switched to a mainly black back, but on top of that, on the hanger shirt, the main seven stripes are still there on the front without being cut off by the blue. I know neither are great pics, but the blue bits seem a lighter shade of blue on the 2nd one, too.
