Oh yeah, no doubt had Wissa been the only one to 'down tools' this summer, he'd have been (rightly) roundly and loudly condemned. Isak is getting a bit of it too, but its very much 'the actions of Isak AND Wissa'. Now that Liverpool have missed out on a player who did things the right way, its almost becoming a discussion of "have players got too much power, and is it worth being loyal anymore if it denies a dream move"?

Heard a clip of Danny Murphy on Talksport last night, saying Isak and Wissa 'kicked up a fuss' and got their moves, so maybe Guehi should have done the same. Its starting. Ex-pro's telling current players that being professional, and approaching potential moves in the right way isn't necessarily the right thing to do, if they want the move.
