  1. I'll be honest, and have ordered a Davey Gate home shirt, but its just that I'd never wear a footy shirt outside the house anymore, and usually then only when watching the match (as daft as it might sound), so just can't justify £80 for that compared to £12 delivered for something that will look almost identical. I have started already and will no doubt continue to buy the Adidas leisurewear, and from the club shop, so I am happy that I'm still putitng money into the club.

Dinnit garn to Ponteyland Airport, and not tak it owa, marra! FTM
  3. Took the plunge and ordered one each for me and my son, first orders from soccer03.
  4. I was going to get one of the hoodies after seeing the images on launch, but last week I saw them up close at the club shop and changed my mind. Didn;t like the material for a hoodie, as probably expected like a typical 'sweat' material, but it was like the nylon tracksuit material, which I don't like as much.
  5. Well, wouldn't be a tournament without England being involved in Pen's at some point.
  6. Trent coming on. Literally anyone but Gordon, it seems.

You never know, they might be hoying in some of them solar LED strip lights, you know, flashing and that. Changing the font and saving the planet at the same time!

Yeah, it was a tongue in cheek comment.

Just thought, maybe its not replacement signs.... yet. Maybe this is the start of the roof coming off for the ground expansion!

    OOOOHH... IT HAPPEN???
  13. Was my birthday last week and my son got me the white 'competition' polo shirt, which is the nylon breathable material. I then popped into the temp club shop on saturday and got the white 'sweat' T-Shirt which is just standard cotton T-Shirt material. Both tops are nice though, but I'm gonna hold off on any more leisure wear till the other stuff (Trefoil) comes out. Sizing thouhg, always found Adidas to be a bit hit and miss and woudl have got XXL (before I lost a bit of timber) but the XL in these are good fit for me now.

    James Trafford

EDIT: That said, just seen we've signed John Ruddy too, so who knows whats gannin on??!!!

Dunno yet. From sounds of it, the new keeper from Forest may be Karius' replacement, so we may yet needs Dubz replacement (if he goes) which would be where Trafford would come in, I'd guess. Would still like the Georgian lad, but if he wants to be full on first choice (as rumours suggested), I'd guess that won't happen as Howe probably wants to start with Pope and ease a new keeper in.
  16. Not previously, but now us, and other clubs seem to be using these deals to get around/fix FFP/PSR issues, it has now seemingly become somethign that will be checked by the PL, presumably on transfers between PL clubs, except where its too/from a 'Big Six' club, otherwise, crack on. But you know, sell yourself a hotel or two... nothing to see there.
  17. We win this (looking likely now), Gareth has a major headache for the next match, and who to pick. Will it be Trent, Gallagher or Mainoo alongside Rice??!!!
  18. Aye, need to protect this now, make sure we get to penalties. EDIT: Fucking Kane, man. 2-1
  19. Thing is, solvakia look done now, used all their subs. If Gareth had owt about him, he'd put loads of fresh legs on, and just go at them. But, its Gareth. He'll just be thinking about which players are on pella's now, so will keep the likes of Kane on.
  20. Extra time incoming.... canny finish like, Bellingham. Ah well, Gordon might get on for the last 2 mins of Extra time, then.
  21. Southgate praying for an equaliser, so he can think about maybe using another sub in extra time.
  22. Sky reporter just saying that all of these deals still need to be ratified by the PL, and if the PL deem any of these deals not to be 'fair market value' and inflated to suit the PSR requirements, then they (PL) may adjust the fees in their reckonings. WTF... so where was this worry about inflated fees when Man City were spending £100m on Grealish, Arsenal around £100m on Rice, and Chel$ea £115m on Caicedo?? Or is it just a problem when its clubs the PL seemingly want to punish spending/reciving higher fees??? But yeah, lets scrutinise deals where clubs are trying to meets the rules, and when clubs do it, then they may still adjust them so they can punish those clubs?? Sorry if this has been discussed already, but just saw that mentioned on SSN.
