I think we could. If they bid again, and we begrudgingly want to accept just to get him out/this sorted, then we tell him we'll only accept if he submits the formal transfer request. It'll show what's more important him and his agent... the big shiny move with signing on fee, or all that AND the loyalty bonuses and payments from us (for acting the cunt) too. If he refuses, then we dig in and let him rot.
