  1. Is it part of this style of play that his defence has to be shit?
  2. Rodriguez was poor against us, Long came on and scored a goal, not that difficult to understand Tbf it's not about either, once Clasie is fit he'll come into midfield and Mane will go to the left. For this game it is though
  3. Rodriguez was poor against us, Long came on and scored a goal, not that difficult to understand They're both strikers though. Long offers very little in general play. Not watching the game but basically all Long offers is general play, has a very poor goalscoring record for a striker. He can run fast and jump high though

    Alan Shearer

He wasn't a clogger even at 35, man. Mackems had to take him out to finish him, the f***ers. I've got all day for Alan Shearer, he's the man. Everybody whines on about his MotD drivel, but he's doing his job. You want to hear the s**** I have to say at work. Anyway, didn't you die recently? Are you OK now, though? That's the main thing. He's not even that bad anymore tbh, he was at the beginning no doubt. ( MOTD) Also it is a pretty difficult job to comment on 7 or 8 games most of which you've only seen highlights of
  6. Depay's played 2 games and Wijnaldum's played one, a bit early like

    Alan Shearer

Rooney He's not that far off - especially if he plays up front. Looks like he'll have to relearn how to play up front first
  8. Obviously but they shouldn't be surprised
  9. Then don't complain when Rooney doesn't score
  10. Who honestly looked at that Spurs match last week and thought Rooney captain was a good decision?
  11. There were some pretty good ones last week like
  12. They probably should like. Rooney can't play as a striker anymore based on the last two games
  13. Considering that he plays for Chile which is a team with some extreme Bielsa principles which Pep himself said he took a lot of inspiration from i don't think it will be a problem. Should also be remembered that arguably Pep's favourite player at Barca was Keita, the fucking psychopath. Chile take a lot more risks on the ball than a Guardiola team. I don't think Vidal will be happy to just play the simple pass every time
  14. Vidal doesn't seem to be a very "Guardiola" midfielder. Was it Guardiola or the Bayern board's decision to sign him?
  15. Think I'll just copy all your bets from now on tbh
  16. I really liked Santon, not a great full back by any means but comfortable on the ball and he seemed to really like the club. Shit decision to let him go
  17. Aren't they backed by a really rich Russian owner like?

    Steve McClaren

The lack of brain cells is much more important

    Steve McClaren

Tbf Cathro actually looks like he knows something about football

    Steve McClaren

I saw enough in that one match against Southampton to give me hope that McClaren is much better than Pardew
  21. 54 That's like 15 players. 174 myself. My knowledge is pretty shit pre Sir Bobby because of my age
  22. How are the rest of them reacting to that poster?
  23. Krul, Janmaat, Sissoko, Wijnaldum, Cisse all shite but that Mike Williamson
  24. Aye he didn't seem to have as good movement, seemed very static up front but obviously it could just be one game
