Got through 4 mins but to be honest, those kind of videos are just farming engagement. Total none update we have concrete interest might as well wait for a more concrete update for which I’m sure the thread title will be updated.

Ignore the twitter itk both clubs are optimistic. Palace want to sell because he’s got 2 years left and we need him.
-
He’s not 95m good imo.
-
Yeah maybe but it’s highly unlikely that whatever is to be announced will bridge the gap, we are talking huge numbers here.
-
City getting up to 95m euro for Alvarez is hilariously bad business by Athleti.
-
Caulkin wrote our bit, same names recycled though. Funny how this column has been running all summer and Guehi’s name didn’t pop up once.
-
Let’s hope we are going big and worrying about it later
-
Athletic have been saying all summer we will use most of our budget on a right winger, I’m choosing to believe this. Literal self sabotage if we go into the season with Murphy and Miggy as our prime right sided options.

PSR is absolutely turd, terrible for both football and the wider economy. As usual when such drastic rules are invoked very little thought goes into the wider implications of them.
-
They did? Would love to see some links

He has no idea He just googled what’s out there and ran with it.

I’m enjoying the ride personally, I’m also enjoying witnessing how we navigate FFP it certain adds another element to things. We flew close to the wind on this earlier summer, thankfully the cost was extremely low imo. I also wouldn’t class discussion and worry but hey ho.

Aye absolutely im one of those who are favour of a new stadium to increase revenues and make the ground more multi purpose. Problem is, we actually no indication that our owners are willing to pony up a b to accommodate this even if the fans wanted it. As far as I’m concerned the nature of the investment is still a question mark but once we know firm plans for the training ground and stadium we will then be able to make more accurate assumptions.
-
I do like the optimism but it always feels misplaced to me when looking at the situation objectively. In order to catch the other clubs we have to grow faster than them and I just don’t see how we can that if our owners are not allowed to invest. In fact I’m lying we have one avenue left and that’s to trade players aggressively but understandably the thought of selling our best players is deeply unpopular.
-
Even if his numbers are off the point still stands as you’ve mentioned. Some of us having being banging this drum and questioning how we will compete with such a revenue deficit to the “big 6” and unless the rules are changed it’s going to be an uphill struggle.

Ballpark same Money, wouldn’t put it past us.

Where are Marseille getting all this money from?

Been impressed by Yokohama mind, the want they stagger the midfield is really interesting, the central overloads are causing us lots of issues. -
Pretty sure you also have a lot to say on every player as well mind, that being said it’s a public forum and people are free to post their views. As long as they are sincere I’ve got no issues personally.

60m+ is too much. We don’t have the revenue to sustain so much mad fees for defenders.
-
Manchester red and Liverpool would be the two clubs I could see trying for him. Manchester are after de light and Liverpool and deathly silent.
-
The point is buying premier league players who happen to British incurs are certain tax. Spurs paid 35m for Vdv who is on a par with Guehi who obviously will cost much more. We ourselves obviously paid about 30m for Botman as well.
-
Would love this but 60m + is steep and again forces me into saying we can’t cry about FFP and keep shopping in the most expensive market in the world
