I hear you, my point was a wider one on why Chelsea may be more attractive overall given the recent success they’ve had. As others have pointed out, players do back themselves to do well so the Inexperience of the manager maybe a lesser concern, that tied in with the fact the manager will be binned if he fails makes it less of a concern. I think this is harsh, ultimately Chelsea are investing more than clubs around them paying higher salaries and have been successful over the last 20 years. We all love to laugh at them but they have a lot of talented players who will improve under the right guidance.
