My post was obviously sweeping but the reference of clowns was in relation to a hypothetical scenario. Think of it like this, you want to be Number 1 by 2030 but you also refuse to sponsor the club and let the market peg the flagship sponsorship at 50% if what it was. That is clownish to me and it's why I asked you you'd describe it.

Im not sure it was mind, bare in mind during Ashley's times we spent a lot of timing wanting to lose to see off appalling managerial choices, for the most part we aren't there yet.
