  1. I know he will end up leaving this summer but personally I'm grateful for what he's done. Top players should show ambition and want to win things, until we match that as a club I can't hole a grudge against anyone who wants to better themselves
  2. He wasn't a very ambitious choice and lacks experience in the champions league. I can understand why a club who believe themselves to be one of the biggest in the world have reservations about him
  3. We will win. The are a shambles and "The derby" won't change that fact

Nothing has been said about it but I wonder if we did anything different during the international break. We looked like a team today for the first time in awhile.

It's very, very rare you'll see a team recruit that many players and land on their feet. It's difficult to organise a complete overhaul and only the best managers will get away with it. I think most people knew it was going to go wrong all along - from the moment Il Duce walked through the door. Amazingly, almost half their squad have contracts ending this season too, so another overhaul is on the cards.. f***ing hell Plus you've got players like O'Shea and Wes Brown taking £50k a week. They are so f***ed. They were awful buys and will be very difficult to shift especially brown. They are in a whole heap of trouble

    This thread is gold today
  7. He's under a huge amount of pressure, they have totally lost that aura they once had. Fergie did wonders with that team for me.
  8. Would not surprise me if they did

Omg 3-0 down! So much for the new manager bounce
  12. And another goal for zlatan 2-0 PSG
  13. Zlatan has just scored an audacious goal for psg

    Loïc Remy

For me he should have got more of himself between Skertel and the ball and made Skertel go through him to get the ball. All easy to say in hindsight mind.
  15. He is solid I but he's terrible on the ball. Him gifting the ball to the opposition just leads to us being under more pressure. If he wasn't so horrendous with the ball at his feet then we could look upon him as more of a threat to the first team.
  16. Tiote didn't do him any favours that's for sure. He wasn't injured so shouldn't be lying on the floor.
  17. I'm glad the players celebrated the result because it shows they give a fuck and we have some team spirit. Let's enjoy the positives for a change, no we didn't win but we actually went out and tried to win and I wont ask for more than that.

    Alan Pardew

This credit to him for today. He got everything right for me, for the first time in awhile we looked like a team.
  19. Had a really good game today rounded off by a fantastic strike. We made the right decision sticking to our guns this summer and rejecting Arsenals Derisory offer.
  20. Yea gifting the MOTM to Gerrard what a surprise. Lads put in a great shift today, it's the sort of performance I always felt builds Morale and teamwork.
  21. He's had a quiet game in a unfamiliar position to be fair. We can't put him in the Messi role and expect him to be Messi. No idea why Cabaye is coming off though
  22. The bias in the commentary is disgusting . Liverpool are over rated and hearing this wankfest is annoying as fuck
  23. Tiote played him on. Typical Tiote has been good so far as well, Just goes to show idiotic players who decide to feign injury cost us dearly.
  24. Didn't realise they butchered the "Howay the lads" banner in the Tunnel with "Sports Direct" The tackeyness knows no bounds.
