I have enthusiasm until I see Cisse instead of De Jong on the team sheet. Cisse right wing after 20 minutes
-
Spot on and you have to wonder if he is actually mentally disturbed. This observation should sound alarm bells, It's Baffling logic from the fuckup t***. The annoying thing is it won't be mentioned anywhere in the media. If we lose today it'd be blamed on the lack of Colo
-
Gotta love Pards complain you need a striker all season whilst not playing Cisse. Get a striker in as you requested then play the guy who you didn't play in the first place
-
Aye Taylor without a doubt. Pardew has a ready made excuse now. And once again not one journalist will call out his decision to play 2 strikers who want to play on the shoulder of the last man and occupy the same space
-
Great work happy face. It's good to see the debt myth smashed to pieces as well
-
Wow, Cisse gets to play again despite De Jong linking up much better with remy. You can't make this shit up
-
A knock with zero details provided lol
-
It's impossible to have any sort of cup run and maintain a decent league position according to? Pardew. Never heard such nonsense before
-
It's a crap article as it fails to mention the fact that he's getting the space for free without reducing the debt Which is the fundamental issue at hand here, he is leveraging the debt against the free advertising. In effect he's using this "interest free loan" against the club
-
Think how many cheap British players we could have bought with that
-
But if the advertising is free, and the club still makes a profit, couldn't he also take debt repayments out? TBF, I genuinely don't understand the 'we need debt in the structure' comment. my only clue is to keep the asking price around the £200m mark besides even if he took £10m out of the club a year its still the best part of 13 years before its paid back and we all know he's not going to write it off. He's already benefitted from how many years of this free commercial space. It's funny how when the boot is on the other foot and we want to leverage his sports direct assets we have to pay the market rate. The man is a fucking leach
-
Wish the papers would have turned on Pardew like this
-
If we keep giving him free advertising space yet the debt doesn't do down its a win win for him. It's akin to only ever paying the interest on a loan
-
It matters if the reason the loans are interest free is because it's some tax dodgeing way of benefiting from the advertising space. If some unrelated company offered Ashley considerably more than any potential interest he might charge then he'd take it. No? I'd be surprised if we haven't had any viable offers for that space tbh
-
Even the board stick the boot in on the players. Pardew ain't going anywhere absolved of any blame there like
-
Exactly look at the amount of space they receive from ourselves. It's the sports direct arena in everything but name
-
Why do we have to have debt within the structure? I find it hilarious the board state that Ashleys loan is interest free and because of this the free advertising doesn't matter
-
Colo had a good game but let's be honest he was facing a toothless villa side who were less creative than ourselves
-
I wish he would just fucking sit in front of the defence like the anchorman he is
-
Fuck all if he's as apathetic as us. Probly sick of hearing Alan whinge about the internationals he's been given to work with
-
In terms of money we have last summer money, plus the Cabaye money plus this summer's money Does anyone know the average premier league club spend this season? Would be interesting to put a number on our non existing war chest
-
For two established top flight teams not to have a single creative player in their matchday squad is awful. Sad Indictment of the league as a whole to be fair.
