Football is a unpredictable game unfortunately, I think one thing we can be certain of is Eddie will give it his absolute best to win the game. He won't be content with a draw but they are obviously resurgent and they spent a fair whack themselves. No midweek game either so nice and rested. I understand your point but I just think no matter what the result unless they slap is 10-0 I can't let it be too much of a factor. It's bigger picture stuff.

Failing that he's safe as long as we finish top half. If we were to finish bottom half I'd be considering my options.

I think one aspect which I am slightly disappointed about in general is we aren't the team we fell in love with. That high energy jugganaught That steamrolled teams. In fact we a are a bit of a shadow of that. It does feel like we have lost some of our Identity which I do find concerning personally.

I imagine this summer will be a bit of reset as we have a lot of players ready to collect pensions and I imagine it's the last we see of Sandro and possibly tino. Let's hope we handle this coming summer better than we did the last.

We will back him whilst he wears our colours but he isn't the answer long term and this shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.
