I feel like kit sponsor stuff is also a hangover of Ashley's tenure. Football side of it was fucked and people were fighting for stupid stuff that most fans of other clubs just take for granted, such as the owners working in the best interest of the club. He's definitely fucked this fanbase to a degree.

Problem is the club is punishing those for standing now, and that's when it's fairly isolated. Get to the summer and I think the club needs to address the mess Ashley has left. It's the one thing the trust could and should be pushing for. The jigsaws can wait for now.

They've also started with a better baseline than us tbf. They're shit hot atm and easy on the eye. We are shit hot but rough around the edges. It takes a lot more for our team to raise their performances to the level we are playing week on week. Few more windows and carefully thought out transfers and hopefully we can mix it up with them.

Disappointing yesterday only because it felt like 2 points dropped. But I can't be upset with a draw away and the performance and Intensity is still there in abundance, we just need some new ideas to unlock sides. Some new (improved) additions in the middle could certainly help as we seem to spurn a lot of good chances with some awful finishing. Yesterday we had opportunities, they all just seemed to be dead centre of the goal and with no power behind them. Hopefully we get some targets through the door that are at the top end of the wishlist and not just players for players sake.
