Just got to gym, big workout, swim, sauna, steam room - the lot. Missus making tea at 5pm, get on the beers then too. Out for 7.30pm to watch the game. Excited but nervous. Come on England!

What team would you play? Walker Maguire Stones Shaw Phillips Henderson Grealish Sancho Kane Sterling As I said last night wouldn't be surprised if he went with Henderson, Phillips, Rice in midfield. Don't think Mount deserves to start after his last performance.

It was a soft pen but it wasn't an absolutely disgraceful decision. Seen loads more worse decisions than that one.

Yeah the equaliser was massive. Probably one of the biggest goals, I've ever seen us score.

Like I said last night. A true 50/50 game. They have a better midfield, and strong centre backs. We have more squad depth and playing at Wembley. Going to be a really intruging game.
