Did anyone get an international membership and test if it was any easier? I can't make our opener unfortunately, so I'm yet to experience how painful the new system is.

Ahh, the great knowledgeable cocksure KaKa, sorry I'm definitely biased, and know fuck all after 40 years, thanks you little know it all

Oh definitely, Gordon will score a few, look at Almiron, nobody ever would have thought he'd get that return. But if we're talking about things that look eye-catching or creative, then even Isak looked a threat at left wing, he looked better in those final ten minutes out wide than he did all first half, I know nobody would want to see him out there, but he actually looks like he loves just running at players and going on mad dribbles.
-
He saw plenty of the ball today and didn't do a great deal with it for me, nothing memorable other than an excellent through ball that Almiron should have taken, but typically Miggy had to switch to his left and blew the chance, I'm still on the fence with Gordon, he does nothing that stands out for me? Unsure why he has this growing fan club, that keep saying the same thing, but if anyone is going to get the best out of him, it's Eddie Howe, this is the season I'll judge Gordon. I would have been prepared to write off both Miggy and Murphy before the start of last season, but both had their best seasons here yet, hopefully Gordon can produce.

Michael O'Leary likes your proposal.

The whole thing will just escalate into jet fulls of Saudis coming here week in week out in the future, hardly a Geordie accent in sight in the not too distant future.
-
Because the EPL is the biggest league in world football, they're buying a lot of well established sport, and I understand that part. I simply can't imagine the Saudi league ever having the pull to become a global dominator like the huge league's we have here and in Europe, especially poring millions down drain in hope of even half the expectation. Investment in well established sport is understandable, but pouring millions on a let's hope for the best and see project, seems mental. If it's simply to shine light on for the moment and gain experience from the few mercs heading out there for the their own personal greed, and in the hope that the attention brings their grassroots football to a much better level then fair play, but I'm just not believing they'll be able to keep up the attraction for top class players to headout to saudi like they are right now, especially for the ridiculous weekly wages being quoted, 1m a week?

Can anyone shed any light, if its random price and seat, what happens with my child? Are we guaranteed to be seated together as this stands or not?
-
Maybe in their own country, but globally, nah.
-
Nobody does business to throw money away with no return, do they? It's just obscene, 1m a week is pathetic.
-
Yes I understand the wealth, that's not the hard part. The long term sustainability is the tricky bit? It will never take off. The whole league would need to be competitive, or you're just looking at an SPL type league with two major clubs. There's no Uefa type competitiveness either. I just see failure, and a massive waste of cash, a bunch of players out in a country with awkward social settings, and when they're fed up, nobody will be able to afford to help them out, without these players taking huge pay drops. It's utterly pathetic.
-
I don't understand this. How can a club with no previous mammoth expense, suddenly think this is a sustainable idea? Where is their income coming from when these Saudi sides are not globally viewed. Am I missing something.

Try switching to desktop mode if you're using a mobile device. Sometimes that works? -
Looks like a PE kit with a stupidly big badge.

Who holds the assists record of all time in the PL?

Allan Saint-Maximin (now playing for Fenerbahce, on loan from Al-Ahli)

That tweet says everything. Struggle to believe people wanted to be negative about a player who is as honest and passionate about loving this club. I've always seen the passion in him, you see the same in Bruno, their emotion pours onto the pitch and their environment. Not many players will bless Saint James Park like these types of players, we should cherish them. -
Oh yeah, I'd not factored that shite in.

I think it's a good indicator that 80k queueing for a membership (plus previous seasons) is perhaps the start of looking at a capacity increase. I'm pretty sure over 100k were chasing the 1k season tickets when they were up for grabs. The demand is growing. Makes you wonder what capacity they could consider, or simply move?

Bored to fuck of Mbappe already, hope he destroys his career following cash over dreams.
-
The guide prices for players, such as McTominay etc, it's utter crap, a player is worth what someone is prepared to pay. I cant think of a single club prepared to pay 45m and then have to negotiate a wage with him. They'll equally struggle to move on Maguire, I'd see him loaned until his contract ends, their pure greed is the reason players like Phil Jones stunk the place out for years.

Mike Ashley had a decent project, it just went a bit wrong.
-
Poor fella, have they said if he just passed out, or was it cardiac.
-
It wouldn't surprise me if they paid him all that and one if his advisors still looked for a tax loophole. Not a fan of Mbappe, seems a slimeball
