  1. In any season, teams will pick up one or two surprise victories and freak results. Our win away at Spurs, or our win at home to Liverpool probably two of ours last season. We also empathically thrashed Norwich. Yesterday was nothing other than that, Palace didn't turn up and collapsed like a sack of shit. mackems are still favourites to go down, as they have one of (if not the worst) squad in the league.
  2. The amount of seats taken away for "segregation". Trouble is so rare at football these days that a huge black sheet over hundreds of seats is just unnecessary. Just shove up a fence/railings after the last seat to separate the two if it's really necessary, but I don't think it is.
  3. I thought it was what we were used to seeing with Mcclaren, plenty of possession in defence and central midfield but no real penetration in attack until Camara came on I've always thought the possession stats are very missleading, it should be it should be possession in opostion half to give a true reflection of which team was looking to win the game more. Possession stats are worthless, Leicester won the league with about 35% possession in nearly all of their games last season - yet they were more dangerous and scored more goals than most teams. Derby had 51% possession but didn't create naff all, as was exposed by the shots statistics.
  4. Didn't realise Wilson was out for the season with another knee injury.
  5. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38778706 Isn't that kit green?
  6. Very good last two games, needs replacing if/when we go up mind.
  7. Going to this, heard Wolves is a bit of a dive - is it? Any decent pubs for a pre-match beer?
  8. Will he get that far? I agree but if they carry on as they are, he'll be under huge pressure. Has their loopy owner stopped tweeting? Not seen anything in a while.
  9. I got absolutely pelted on here for suggesting Villa fans would call for Bruce's head before he gets them promoted. Four months later... https://www.villatalk.com/topic/15647-steve-bruce/?page=260
  10. When they celebrated like they won the league after holding us to a 0-0 draw, despite them already being relegated Small time bastards deserve everything they get.
  11. He was clueless from start to finish. The standard of refereeing in this country is appalling, I thought the PL were bad but after this season it is clear that they are all head and shoulders above these jokers.
  12. Confidence low = striker out of form shocker. He needs a goal. Thought he played well apart from the miss. Led from the front, closed down, tracked back, put himself about. Wondeful take down, pass to Diame and then lay off for Ritchie for the goal.
  13. He should be, but could be struggling for fitness. He's on loan so of course he can't play against his parent club. Ah, didn't realise it was a loan.
  14. He should be, but could be struggling for fitness. Forest can go level on points with Villa today Villa will have a game in hand though, but still - goes to show how awful Villa are doing when Forest are a club in absolute crisis.
  15. McClaren was just a Championship manager way out of his depth. He was right to take the job as every single other Championship manager would have done - everyone believes in their own ability. He accepted to work under the shit terms that Ashley forced upon him because it was a huge step up he wanted. The smiling after defeats etc. was just his way of trying to hide the pressure, it's actually a common thing to do for people when they are under pressure. Lets not forget of the disgusting way the club got rid of him and opening sought his replacement while he was still in the job. A nice guy that is well suited to a small club like Derby in this league. No hatred for him at all, unlike Pardew.
  16. I'm happy again. Love Rafa even more now.
  17. The crowd really need to produce a Spurs atmosphere tomorrow to leave in no doubt who we are backing in this. Put the pressure back on Ashley as we did that day.
  18. Told Rafa Benitez has no intention of walking out on #nufc . Focused on nothing but promotion to the Premier League. 11 mins ago - Twitter Lee Ryder
  19. Just fucking sack Carr and Charnley you fat lump of shit and stay away from the football club.
