Horrible quotes they are, never expected that from him.

This man is manager of the month for October. Still gutted we didn't get someone in who knows the league.
-
How did he get on like? Played the full 90 didn't he?
-
He's been out of management for ages, hasn't he?
-
He looks okay, nothing more than that though. He's had some shockingly dodgy moments this season like. He isn't better than any keeper is the current top 6 and I doubt anyone else in the league would pay a substantial fee for him. Especially when they go down and have to sell players on the cheap to fund their debts.

Glad to see they are making their U23s play in front of an empty stadium full of pink seats to prepare them for what it is like to play first team football.
-
Gonna take a wild guess that this wont end well.

Tim Sherwood has just been appointed their director of football. Sounds like that rumour has some legs otherwise that is a really bizarre appointment/move. Why would Red Bull want Tim Sherwood as DOF though? I'm not sure why anybody would, tbh. I suppose it is a 'big name signing' for Swindon.

Do NUFC Need To Change Away Ticket Criteria?

That is the same with every club though and no matter what system you put in place, people will find ways to abuse it. -

Bless them, looking forward to their cup final. -
England are always so overrated with the bookies Scotland +1 is 11/5 I could easily see this boring England team struggle to breakdown the Scottish ending in a dour 0-0. +2 is 4/6.

Do NUFC Need To Change Away Ticket Criteria?

Some clubs given fans 'points' for shit like stadium tours and purchases in club shops -
What will West Ham do? Are any of their blocks classed as 'pitch side'? It's probably just as far from the pitch as L7 is.

Do NUFC Need To Change Away Ticket Criteria?
Figures 1-0 Football replied to Crumpy Gunt's topic in Football
Members should earn loyalty points in the same way ST holders do and then get a priority period of buying tickets that go to members. So a member who has attended hundreds of away games gets priority over someone who has signed up only for this one fixture. If a member later joins up as a ST holder they should then start from 0 as a ST holder as that is the next stage up in the hierarchy. So in my world sales would be something like:- ST Holder with 100+ ST Holder with 75+ ST Holder with 50+ ST Holder with 25+ ST Holder with 0+ Member with 100+ Member with 75+ Member with 50+ Member with 25+ Member with 0+ With all sale dates obviously at shorter periods (a day or two rather than the week long ones currently given). -

But then you are leaving out those supporters who don't live in Newcastle and/or have work commitments that prevent them from doing that. If you want to start building points, attend the less attractive fixtures as I mentioned in my post above. You cannot just buy a ST and then demand access to the most attractive away games that you decide that you want to attend. I don't have a huge amount of loyalty points myself and have missed out on tickets this year, but I'm attending those games that I am able to in order to build up my points. -

I think it is okay how it is, it will take the new ST holders a long time to build points up - but that is natural and there has been many games this season that they could have attended. I think out of the 10 away games, 6 of them have made 0 points (Barnsley, Fulham, Derby, Villa, Preston & QPR). We have a period of low allocations due to the clubs we're playing in this period but the likes of; Sheff Wed, Huddersfield, Wigan, Blackburn will give 4,000+ allocations. Plus a potential Semi in the League Cup where we could draw Man Utd and get 7,800. Throw into that the potential FA Cup games and we could easily have 15+ matches by the end of the season that go to 0 points. The only change I think I'd make is by giving a loyalty point for each year your ST is renewed and maybe one for home cup matches attended. -
Ridiculous rule. We should just give them one block in the lower bowl and leave the rest in L7.

Imagine a Wembley final of the likes of Stoke U23s v Middlesbrough U23s played in front of about 1,000 fans That is all that'll happen, it's devalued the competition entirely.

Not entirely sure calling someone a baldy is mitigation for racial abuse

That's class that is.

Glad to see that reform of the Football League Trophy is going well...

A bit of both of those.
