Yeah, a Hull win would be the worst scenario, anything else puts them further behind. Get your bets on a Hull win. It would mean another team are much further ahead of them though. It’d turn it into a bit of a 4 horse race, with only 1 survivng. Bolton, Reading and everyone above will have too much to survive, I would think. If anything, a Hull win would be good to start building the gap that we’ve wanted to see develop all season. No matter what the result tonight, it’ll have it’s positives.

Bloody soft forrin.

Would expect the first two of them four to be moved. Leicester will probably be something daft like a Monday night.
-
Probably one for the daft questions thread, but it’s about Dubravka: Where a team has an option to buy, would anything stop another team matching the bid and getting an offer accepted and stealing the player?
-
Aye, I said absolutely incredible. I compared it to our team under SMC, which I still stand by. A midtable team if managed by a decent manager. Sadly, we werent, which led to awful morale and performances and uktimately to our relegation. Palace heading the same way, again, because they are being managed poorly. It’s not all that difficult to understand. Those 4 games werent in his season. He took over a team with the same record as Bournemouth. Bournemouth have a less superior team. How are they doing? He’s had 24 games and his team are currently stumbling towards relegation.

I don't see how any of this relates to my post tbh, you're making a different, much wider point that I hadn't touched upon at all. You said this: Then listed a handful of players to support that point. There's no doubt they have some players that would get a game for us, as I'd image most clubs in the league do. On the whole though, their team/squad is one of the weakest and most imbalanced in the division. Similar to us when we went down. We had some good players (Wijnaldum, Shelvey, Townsend etc.) but we were heavily reliant on the few good players we had because everyone else was trash. If our good players got injured, or didn’t turn up for a game - we’d get beat. The good players turned up less and less because we kept losing and they were probably sick of having to carry the others. Palace’s team is very similar to that team of ours that went down. Not sure what’s funny - we went down that year because we had a shit manager in charge too, if anything, it proves my point further. A manager incapable of getting his few quality players to perform.
-
Palace may be ‘bottom half quality’, which I would argue they are better than and are more midtable. They certainly shouldn’t be fighting relegation. There are at least 5 or 6 worse teams in terms of quality, one of which is obviously us. Only time will tell if he relegates that squad - if he does, will you still bleat on about the 4 games he didn’t get to manage? We’ll re-visit this discussion at the end of the season.
-
He probably costs us as many points as he wins us like Irritating player and quite dislikeable to be honest.
-
I think he means we’ll finish on 41 points and be safe (not necessarily in 17th). Which would be my prediction too
-
what? He took over when they were on 0 points and 0 goals after 5 4 games with his first 3 games being Manchester United, Manchester City & Chelsea. Other than the top 4 he's only been beaten by us and Everton (and Southampton after being at the club for like 4 days), and before the last 2 games (defeats to Tottenham and Everton) he'd only lost 2 in 15 (both to Arsenal). He's done a good job of steadying the club and getting them back into the race, you said he was a shite appointment though so I suppose this helps sooth your ego or something? He might end up being shite but atleast give him a chance man EDIT Give him a chance? He’s had fucking 24 games man You’re talking on like he was appointed in January or something. He’s had pretty much the whole season and the luxury of a transfer window with money to spend. What are you talking about, ‘getting back in the race’ - when he was appointed they were only 3 points from saety One win. Listening to your post it sounds like they were 10 points adrift and he’s only had 4 games. 27 points from 24 games with that squad is absolutely terrible. They had NO shots on goal in the second half today. Absolutely no reason why he shouldn’t have got that team safe by now, as it has it - they’ve got a better chance of going down than we do. Edit - Bournemouth also lost their first 4 games, seem to be doing fine now.

1. He's playing in the Championship. 2. Darryl Murphy was more effective than him in said league last season. 3. Dwight Gayle's goals per game stats piss all over Mitro's. How is he our best striker? 1. 2. Daryl Murphy was also given more opportunities. 3. His goals per minute ratio in the Premier League doesn’t though. Which makes a bit of a mockery of your first point.

Didn’t realise just how far Arsenal were behind the top 4
-
Ok petal
-
Hopefully they’ll stick by him for another game or two to confirm their status, don’t want a new competent manager coming in to give them a chance, no matter how small.
-
So defensive. Not particularly necessary to call people names on the internet because they disagree with you, it’s a bit sad. Maybe this is why you win all of those negative awards every year and then cry off. ‘I’m not 12 years old’, then runs off and acts like a baby.
-
What? He came in after 4 games and there’s nothing to suggest they would be anywhere else than where they are if he was in charge for those 4 games. He’s had 24 games man.
-
That Palace performance was absolutely pathetic like, way worse than our home performance v Man City yet I’m not hearing anything about how disgraceful they are to the English game - weird. 0 shots in the 2nd half and 24% possession ffs Hopefully they’ll keep Hodgson because he’s doing a superb job of taking them down, despite them having a team that should be miles clear.
-
There’s the bite. He’s a far better option that Joselu, which you deny - Mitro’s 2 good performances (actually, he’s played well in 3 of his 3 starts, according to Fulham fans themselves) is far better than Joselu has mustered all season. Mitro continues to prove you wrong, his disgraceful discipline appears non-existant, he’s scoring goals and playing well. You’re the first to run around naked when he’s had a shit game in the past, yet appeared unwilling to come in here and discuss his good performances and goals. Hence why you were called out on it, calm down. He’ll go on to have a very good career, it’s a shame we’ve restricted ourselves and sent out best striker out on loan (minus Silmani, obviously).
-
When Vardy was the age Mitrovic is now, he'd just signed for Halifax. Didn't turn into a useful Premier League striker for another 5 years. Vardy was very average in the Championship for Leicester too, only became useful when they stumbled across a formation that worked for him. Really bizarre career

KI is unusually quiet.

Obviously getting linked with Everton turns you to crap.
