I don't think he's great in a 3 like how we setup. We looked much more balanced with Shelvey sitting and Bruno as an 8. Leaves some massive gaps at times just running way out of position when you're wanting him to show for the ball. He can press well high up the pitch but any further back and he doesn't seem to sense the danger or track players as well as he should in that role.

Wolves are generally pretty hard to break down and have some good technical players. Once they got Infront it was always going to be difficult. Thought we done alright considering 4 out of the front 6 ideally wouldn't be starting for us.

Being number 2 for a club in European competitions is much better than being a number 2 here. We signed a better player ahead of him, he wants a better move for himself on the back of this. Think Maddison would have probably played as a narrow wide player if we got him. Possibly why we never went higher than we did if we feel like we could go back in for Diaby for that role in the next window or two.

The Rambles selling point kinda was that they were all just mates and everyday football fans. Collectively they were greater than the sum of their parts really. Now a lot of the shows have weird dynamics. Like you'll have Brassel trying to do serious analysis and opinions but he's in there with Kate Mason painfully trying to be funny and Pete talking about how he got pissed and bought random shit on eBay it just doesn't really work.

I think he'd be perfect for our 3 man midfield too. City would make sense if they sold Bernardo. We bought Bruno unchallenged to be fair so I wouldn't read a whole lot into nobody really being in for him. I just don't think any of the prem teams that can afford Paqueta view that as a priority position at the moment.

Think the issue with Paqueta is probably more teams viewing him as a number 10 and not a lot actually needing/using someone in that position.
