The only thing you could say in defense is the picture is from the live feed, and the cut of the grass may not be straight. Whereas the camera used for the offside i would think uses technology to line up accurately opposites side of the pitch. Just guessing like, but could be the issue here and why the goal was given.

I'm surrounded by West Ham fans down here, and it's as funny as feck. Never come across a more aggressive fan base, with delusions of how good their football was, the Academy Of Football shite. Lack of goals always kills teams, look at us this season. I expect us to score more and move up, I expect them to carry on the same and drop back. Now if they sign a really good forward, which I dont think they will, who knows. Their form is not one that can last, eventually you go behind in games and the lack of cutting edge kills you.

To be fair i don't disagree, but I'd rather not do that now. I'll enjoy the win tonight, and then look at things tomorrow. I'm certainly concerned with the way we're playing, we're very inconsistent, but as i said. A win, three points, an away win. I'm happier tonight than i was after Man Utd, that's for sure.
