Finally put an end to all the o.t.t praise he's been getting for doing a ok job in a poor side, nothing more, nothing less.

Has created as many chances as your mate Shelvey this season if a 3rd party, untrusted article is to believed.

He's off to Villa apparently. -

It may of just been the pub I was in on Boxing Day, but the 17th minute didn't seem to kick in until around 30 seconds and seemed quite muted. Was it just the TV or are people finally accepting how f*****g ridiculous it is? -

I hope not. I must admit I haven't seen Hogan much at all but i'd still hope we'd be aiming for a bit higher level of quality than him and Wilson. How do you know his 'level of quality' if you haven't seen him? FM generation isn't it. Complete and utter bollocks. Well done. -

How do you know his 'level of quality' if you haven't seen him? I said I hadn't seen him much, not that I hadn't seen him at all and when I have, he's not stood out as someone who would come in and make a massive improvement to what we've got now. It's all well and good claiming that we 'need to build a squad' but we've already got Gayle, Mitro, Murphy, Perez and Armstrong, who's loan ends in January, who can all play the lone striker role that Rafa wants. -

People say this, but it really doesn't, Pardew always has a decent start at the clubs he manages, it'd be next season if he we're to get the job that the s*** will come. I agree with this, good old Pards would keep them up and have the media eating out of his hand as normal, before his collapse took place next season.

I quite like that idea although it could backfire massively.

It may seem obvious but it's all down to the first goal with us. If we concede it, we don't come back, it was a problem for years before Rafa arrived and it's still a problem with him now which say's a lot about the mentality of the players. -

Just signed a new contract with Hull so I doubt we will be chasing him still. -
Good, didn't like the bullshit rumours that he might be coming here. He may be a c**t but he would more than likely walk into our team right now. Our lack of options out wide is something that needs addressed first thing come January.
-
Cundy and Goldstein we're putting him forward for it on Talksport last night.

That would be my exact team too. -
Some people don't know they're born/remember that our last three managers were John Carver, Steve McLaren, and Alan Pardew. It's quite alarming how quickly people have taken things for granted. We're owed NOTHING by Rafa, learn to have a bit of faith and humility. So hes not allowed criticism at all? Of course he is, it's the extent that it's going to that's O.T.T imo. I don't think any of what i've seen has been O.T.T. Nobody is acting like bairns and screaming for sackings as it doesn't take a genius to work out that he has completely transformed the club and he is by far and away the best manager and person we could possibly have at the club, but it also doesn't take a genius to work out that we shouldn't be losing 6 times, 4 of them at home, before January and therefore he's not immune from criticism, especially when the latest defeat came down to tactics and tactics only IMO.

10quid on Celtic, Rangers, Spurs treble = £70 returns with bet365 when I put it on earlier.
-
No matter how much I long for his return and despite Diame's words, there's not a chance he would return here IMO and I don't think Rafa would want him either. I'd imagine he would also have far bigger and better than us after him, if he is available.
-
Giggs seems to be one of the favourites which would make no sense considering Swansea have already rejected him first time around and he 'didn't interview well' last time.

Yes please. Gayle is better so if we were to get Wilson, i'd assume Mitro could well be away. Not convinced he's happy playing 2nd choice, never mind 3rd. -
Not neccesarily people on here, but its mental how some fans are petrified to criticise him 'because its Rafa'
-
I had no idea he had 6 goals and 3 assists considering the general lack of games he's had and the utter shite performances he has put in.

Nice £180 won on the 3pm games today. Withdrew £80 and put £25 Man City/Newcastle double which makes no sense as I have no faith in either winning.
