  1. Wonder if both brothers are being advised to run down their contracts now.
  2. Did the club stop doing the Fan's Forum? Feels like there hasn't been one for three years
  3. Leeds doing their best to fuck up promotion for another season
  4. Thought you were happy with your options Steve?
  5. An inspiring message for the faithful Toon Army supporters
  6. They sold their two best players to Brentford on deadline day, probably the only reason why we'll go through
  7. Mitro was a mile better than Joelinton. I find the McClaren season a false comparison. We tried to play good football but couldn't because of having spineless players. This lot have great character, we dont concede alot but we cant do anything with the ball. I agree that the the character of the squad is much improved, but I think there's similarities in the complete lack of flexibility in tactics from the respective managers We do have a far better keeper now than that period too, which is worth bearing in mind regarding the lack of goals conceded.
  8. Sounds like Joelinton wasn't the main issue today, but feel like there's a cyclical failure at this football club in trusting young lads to lead the line on their own in their first season, like Mitro in 15/16
  9. Real shades of the 15/16 season under McClaren I feel Haven't addressed the fundamental issue of goals in the transfer window Complete inconsistency in every match we've played No structure or team identity We're in big trouble
  10. Don't worry, the loyalest football supporters will find a way to chant about Sunderland too
  11. Will be a raucous atmosphere by the faithful Toon Army on Saturday thanks to this superb display of ambition "Brucey give us a wave!"
  12. No idea why Bruce even mentions Muto as an option, considering he's only picked him to be in the squad a handful of times, never mind playing him.
  13. Still think we're in very big trouble this season too, lack of goals could cost us big time if other teams start picking up results
  14. Wonder if they'll still be saying the same when Joelinton is non-existent and we go 0-2 down on Saturday.
  15. We're being remarkably naive if we don't sign a striker, not surprising though obviously
