I think you'll find it's the other way around, Huddersfield are banking on us dropping points. More along the lines of if we draw against Wigan and Burton at home (for example) then relying on Huddersfield to not take advantage seems too optimistic. Likewise not taking advantage of them dropping points when we had Bristol City and Birmingham to play.

They're down this year, and can't see them coming back up for a while. I just hope to fuck we're out of this league this year so we don't have to play them.

Pathetic Disappointing given last week's effort but not the end of the world after Huddersfield got pumped. Pathetic perhaps the wrong word. This is it imho. We really need some leaders if we do go up. A proper central midfield leader to drag us through games. It doesn't help that the fans boo as soon as we misplace a pass. Away from home they get supported, at home they get slated for every bad pass. The fans turn up expecting the other team to just rollover and it doesn't work that way. The amount of sheer s*** I heard behind me today was unreal. We didn't have the best game but I repeated to a few that we had only lost 1 f***ing game this year and no matter how good you thought our rivals play we are still top of this league. What do people actually want? Keegan football ain't happening I get that the home crowd don't help at times, but I was at the game today and most of the groans were at the team not being able to do the basics right i.e. simple 10 yard balls and whatnot. We looked clueless out there.

Playing 4-2-3-1 suited Fulham perfectly, they had so much time to play out from the back and dictate the play, it's embarrassing how easy we're bullied off the pitch at St James. Sick of how poor we start games, teams should be shit scared coming up here playing in front of 50,000+ but we let them ease into the game but giving them as much time on the ball as they need so they find their rhythm. Playing Colback at home is totally pointless, we need to attack teams not feebly recycle possession. We're predictable and ponderous with this set-up at home, it has to be 4-4-2 from now on. When you watch him hes actually not a bad player. He literally made that goal all by himself. Been saying this for ages mate, he's got that hardened swagger about him. Knows exactly where to put himself about on the pitch, he must have won every header when he came on too. Excellent signing.
